Both Ben and Bill worked together on our property 14/4 and 15/4 Cheerful Friendly answered all our questions and explained exactly what was happening.. impressed the way they worked .. Left the site clean and tidy .. ….

Matthew came out to deal with an issue we had with water leaking out of our retaining wall. He resolved our issue quickly, identified further issues that will resolved and covered by our insurance and reassured me as a homeowner that most issues were out of our control. He was well mannered and very informative.

We dealt with this company as the underwriters of a stressful insurance claim. I have to say that they dealt with everything with professionalism and thoughtfulness. I dealt with a gentleman called Lloyd who I feel helped and dealt with the claim fairly and with consideration too the situation we had been put in, I appreciate every effort that Lloyd and our insurers did to put things right for us. Would recommend and thank you again

Chris and Charlie from Innovation Group, were extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and respectful whilst working within and around my property. At every step they communicated clearly what they were doing and what needed to be done, to ensure that I was aware of the process and made a stressful situation caused by a previous company very easy to deal, which I’m very grateful for!
Once the issue was identified, it was fixed and everything was put back cleanly and respectfully, couldn’t be more grateful.

Once innovation group where engaged things went from bad to sorted first rate workers drove 3 hours from wales worked very hard from 0800 hrs non stop till it was fixed 5star service once engaged by our insurance we knew things would be sorted

There aren’t enough stars to describe my experience with Innovation Group. After discovering a shattered sewage pipe under my concrete floor, they turned up within hours of my call. Given that it was right before a Bank Holiday weekend, I was braced for a long wait without a working toilet.
However, James and Stuart were absolute legends - they grafted for several hours, breaking through concrete to reach the old pipe and replace it with a modern UPVC alternative. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, but they were also great to chat with. They walked me through the camera footage and explained exactly what had happened beneath the floor, which really put me at ease. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Massive thanks to the whole team!

Callan & James were excellent from start to finish. They were both well mannered and willing to hold a conversation and make nice comments on the home. They commenced their job with due diligence and good communication on what they found.They then carried out the repair required and cleaned up leaving no mess at all, they even swept the garden.

Craig attended solo when his team-mate went sick. As a result he had to dig a nasty hole by hand which meant the job took much longer than scheduled, delaying him for later jobs. Despite the difficult situation, he was polite and communicated at each stage of the process.
