Worked efficiently. Tidied up after they had finished. Friendly and courteous.
Wet muddy day but that didn't put them off.

The two operatives were on time, polite & very constructive on what work they had been told to carry out. They explained this to me & asked if I was happy with this.

I'm writing this on behalf of my parents who have had an extremely disappointing experience with Innovation Group. Their subsidence claim dates back to autumn 2020! The insurers are John Lewis and until May the loss adjusters were Crawford & Co who did nothing to resolve the subsidence other than cut down trees unnecessarily and ignore reports from consultants we commissioned.

When Innovation Group took over in June 2025 we were reassured by their positive reviews and hoped that finally the end was in sight.

How wrong we were. There has been zero communication and even though we were told in August that the subsidence specialist would be in touch we have heard nothing. Our emails and questions seem to go into a void and are never replied too.

Having been stuck in this situation for over 5 years my parents who are now 85 and have been paying ever increasing premiums deserve better. For a claim that has been ongoing for this long, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

My parents need to downsize but obviously can't sell it in it's current condition. They therefore feel trapped and the ongoing uncertainty is causing significant stress.

We know Innovation Group isn't solely to blame but the lack of progress and transparency is causing ongoing frustration and anxiety not to mention cost due to the exorbitant insurance fee my parents are now having to pay. They need a permanent resolution to an issue that should have been dealt with years ago.

I cannot therefore recommend Innovation Group based on our experience.

Bill and Ben from the innovation group came to check our foundations for subsidence. They were polite, informative, hard working (it was freezing!).

A very satisfactory visit today by Josh and Kim. They arrived very soon after the estimated arrival time, kept me informed as to what they were doing and filled in the exploratory bore hole as if it had never been there. They were both a credit to your company.

Innovation group has been very supportive with the subsidence- clear communication, very professional, helpful, warm and human. A geotechnical engineer called Josh came today to dig boreholes to check the foundations and soil type. He was similarly polite, professional, considerate, and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you to all concerned.

Both Tom and Dean were polite, clean and tidy. Over and above that, they both took the time to explain what they were doing and how the forensic investigation process works to try and identify the cause of our subsidence.
