Amazing service.
They delt with my insurance for me.They literally took all the presure off me.

They resolved my drainage problem.
There was lots of problems ,but they just found a resolution to them all.
I had 3 visits.
first visit stopped the leak. 2 men ( sorry forgoten your names) unblocked my drain by hand.Each of there staff were supportive,especially Kim who dug by hand and replaced the drain on the 3rd visit . He even worked round access problems, thank you kim.
Had to come through house and made no mess.
Cant thank them enough.
Even the office staff kept me up to date on everything.
I had just come out of hospital when my soak away collapsed and it flooded in my downstairs wet room and they looked after me,supported me through a disaster and all the team were amazing.

I have never had a seamless experience with Innovation. Every interaction comes with a new excuse or problem. One day my VIN number is “incorrect,” the next my service is declined without explanation, or I’m told my warranty doesn’t cover repairs it clearly should.

It is completely unacceptable for one claim to take months to resolve. The level of incompetence and lack of urgency displayed is shocking. The service I have received has been nothing short of pathetic.

What’s even more disrespectful is how difficult it is to get hold of anyone. I’ve spent days—sometimes from Friday until the following Wednesday—trying to reach a consultant. When I finally get through and explain my issue yet again to a new consultant, the call is dropped. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence.

This cycle is exhausting, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Innovation has shown zero regard for customer time or service standards. Frankly, it’s very clear why your HelloPeter ratings and online reviews are as bad as they are.

I expect this matter to be resolved immediately, but based on my experience so far, my confidence in this company is completely gone.

He was very courteous and polite showing me the outlay of the drains with the video camera equipment.

I can highly recommend Lee and John for any drainage work. They provided excellent service and kept us updated constantly

Alex and Harry were prompt, polite and tidy.

They explained what was going on and the timings of the work. When they couldn’t complete the job the first time they came back quickly and explained the reasons behind the change in plans.

Both Allan and James were friendly, professional and explained everything. All in all a very good experience.

The two gentlemen (Bill and Ben) who came to my house to make an exploratory borehole were courteous, efficient and tidy. They were a pleasure to have around the house.

Josh & Kim arrived promptly and were polite to deal with. They got on with their work efficiently and with liitle mess given the nature of their work

Liam Brennan & Charlie Dixon did an excellent job repairing/replacing my toilet drain. They showed me the damaged drain & repaired drain on their camera, which was useful. They also reinstated the hole well & left the area tidy! Job no:82893
