Chris & Charlie arrived on schedule and were faced with a complicated challenge of locating a leak somewhere between our house and the mains. Despite the challenge of not being able to access the mains pipe using their normal techniques, they remained positive and solution-led, located and fixed the leak. Communication was great throughout too. Top job.

First in-house engineer that visited our property, wasn’t that impressed. Second in-house engineers were superb. Chris and Charlie went above and beyond, and would not leave until works were resolved. Very conscientious and professional. Pleasant and very friendly. Thoroughly recommend. Office communication was also excellent. Dealt with Emma who answered all my email correspondences. Five Star service.

Great guys, arrived on time completed the works in the time frame and were just lovely chatty fellas. Talked me through everything after the works were completed. Left the place clean and tidy. Thank you so much Allan and James

Both very polite and friendly members of your team. They got on with the job even though the weather was wet and windy. They answered questions fully when asked. This also applies to 2 men who fitted some movement monitors before them.

Worked quickly and professionally

The guys that came to our home yesterday were great.
They kept us informed with regards to the work that they would undertake and why they were doing it.
They had to dig up part of our patio and did so with minimal impact to us and also replaced it all back when they had finished.
It’s rare that people have positive things to say these days, but we were really happy with the work that they did today.

The 2 guys that came, Lewis and Jordan, were very professional and knowledgeable.
They conducted the survey quickly and efficiently, tidying up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 workmen.

Innovation Group were asked to inspect the drains by our insurers as part of an ongoing subsidence claim. Terry Jones came out, Job no 0126299. He arrived on time to carry out the survey and was very polite at all times, answering all our questions in a very professional manner. He explained how all the equipment worked when we asked, as we were naturally curious about the process, and he didn’t show any annoyance at our enthusiasm! Terry was very professional throughout, in addition to which, the van was very well equipped to carry out the survey to a high standard. Terry left the site in a cleaner condition than he found it and you don’t get to say that about many trades people! Well done and thank you Terry :)
