Purchased the bracelet which was gorgeous and looked exactly the same as on the website. Ordering was easy and delivery was fairly quick with no complications. I asked the customer service team a question about pitting the bracelet on and the response was prompt, helpful and very friendly I would definitely recommend Innovato Store and will continue to make future purchases with them.

Ordered a Stirling silver opal frog necklace. This isn’t opal, it’s plastic with bits of glitter in it. Sent two email requesting a refund, no reply as yet, I’m hoping this will trigger a response.

Ring i brought was nit same as english size .. didnt look as did in picture and when i needed to return told had to be sent back to bulgaria 8.75 .i am not at all impressed

I purchased a hat for an event. While the hat quality was as expected, it arrived too late. The REFUND POLICY is very MISLEADING due to required returns shipment to an international address in Bulgaria. The product was distributed from Doral, FL USA. :(

I bought a mechanical gear ring in blue. Very sturdy material, very well made, no faults or issues with it. Unfortunately it was a size too small for the recipient but the customer service team were so helpful with the options theybgave me for returning it or buy another with 50%off which I did as it was easier that way for me. Customer service answer you very quickly and very helpful and professional service. I will definitely be making further purchases in the future they are a brilliant company.

The shipping got cancelled while my order was supposed to be for an anniversary gift, and I was told it would be refunded and it is still yet to he refunded.

Unfortunately the earrings were meant for pierced ears which was not made clear when l bought them

I ordered a set of rings and they turned out to be of bigger sizes. I contact the company for exchange, but instead they were replaced without an extra charge. Only paid for the shipping. That was absolutely great service. The rings are beautiful and I love them.
