Very professional company, ordered a dad ring for my daughters father for Father’s Day fits perfectly and very pleased with the quality of the the ring he absolutely loves it. The wait for the delivery took a while but it was delivered before Father’s Day which was amazing will definitely order from here again

I'm happy with my ring and it fits great. The bad side was the long wait to actually get it as it ships from somewhere in Asia. So that makes me question the quality. Seems to be ok but I'd much rather order within the US.

I loved the design it was actually better than expected. Only thingI could say is that I need a bigger size

My experience with Innovative Designs was very satisfying. I received my purple handbag is perfect (just like the one I ordered severalyears ago. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced with updates on the shipment and follow-through. I couldn't ask for better business relations.

The Ring that I ordered was exactly what I wanted! I just ordered the wrong size but they were more then helpful getting me the right size I needed, would recommend to others!

Delivery took some time. However the team were absolutely helpful in replying to my questions. I did end up getting wrong size. However they did a great job in sending me another one. Just shipping fee. Without any problems. Will definitely order from here mire often.

I ordered a 3 piece tiara, necklace and earrings set for my daughter's formal. Delivery took a little longer than expected but they still arrived in time. Quality was good, they were absolutely stunning when on and she had so many compliments about them! I would order from here again not a problem. Thanks again :)

Paid for a ring which they assured me would fit. Item didn't fit, took 3 weeks to arrive from China and then when I asked to send it back they didnt offer free returns so basically they said I could either pay fpr return postage or I had to take 30% for an item I dont want. Poor service.

Ordered a wedding ring and it was delivered (very slowly) and in to complete wrong size. Now they want me to pay to send it back to Bulgaria!? Its not my fault you can't measure! Never again will I buy from this company

I ordered the hat my husband and I are going to see a Chris Stapleton concert. The hat arrived in a timely manner only one thing I was curious about, why they did not put the straw cowboy hat in a box the mail service stuffed it in my mailbox when we took it out of the mailbox I thought the hat was ruined but my husband easily shaped it that’s what I love about the hat and it looks fabulous thank you
