I had ordered some wedding rings the tracking says that they have been delivered they have not been delivered if so they went to a different place I have not gotten them and I have sent an email to this place twice to no avail no response that's not very nice to blow people off and disrespect them the reasons were beautiful that I ordered my original wedding rings were stolen and the ones I ordered was so very beautiful I was looking forward to wearing them and having them for a long time I am very disappointed I will not use this place ever again I am somewhat trusting and I was told this was a good place but I am a person that finds out for myself and I found out it's not a trustworthy company I will no longer use this company and I will tell people not to use it thank you have a wonderful blessed day

UPDATE I have been contacted and they are in the process of sending me a replacement hat. They were very quick to address this issue.

I recently purchased 2 men's hats. One of the hats (Pink) arrived damaged beyond repair. I have sent Innovato Design numerous emails and pictures and asked to have a good hat sent to replace the damaged hat. They refuse to respond. I would not conduct any business with this company because they cannot be trusted to provide undamaged products nor do they support their products.

S-L-O-W delivery. Company based in Bulgaria but, my shipment is coming from China. Had I known it was a Chinese product, I would NEVER have ordered it!

The sets of wedding ring l bought was of high quality. However, l was surprised to find out that the cross pendant and chain changed colour and faded with three days of being worn. I have bought items from innovato and they were all of high quality. I will recommend innovato inspite of the fact of the isolated case of the cross pendant/chain

I ordered a wedding ring for my husband to be and ordered it. I followed the tracking and the ring made it to Chicago, where the tracking stopped and there has been no further information. I contacted Anelia and she immediately calmed me and said they would send another, which made it in about two weeks! It is beautiful, and I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful company that really stands behind their product. I’m very grateful to the high standards of Innovato and to Anelia, for all of her help!

Rings were awesome. Only downfall was the shipping. I recieved one right away and the other like a month later. Both bought at same time and had same shipping.

Bought a wedding ring set from this company, they arrived in good time, but wore it for a week and it tarnished... So annoyed at this as they are beautiful looking rings but sadly won't be using them again.

After contacting them, they quickly responded which was lovely, and the matter is now resolved.I haven another star, because they were very quick to respond and were very pleasant about my situation.

I have always been a fan of Men's Punk style Jewelry. I came across @innovatostore.com - I was treated to a brilliant Birthday present in November, the quality, look and feel is excellent. I had an issue with one of the items, it was faulty. I can not thank the team enough at @innovatostore.com for their speedy resolution and replacement - in my eyes highly recommended 5*****

I ordered a hat. It arrived but was not packaged very well and the hat is damaged. The page for returns will not load.
I've marked this as two stars rather than one. If I'm unable to return the hat I'll edit this as a one star.

My original order was lost in Transit but after I had spoken to customer services they were really Lovely and sent another order straight away! Dad is now wearing his eye ring which arrived very quickly and is over the moon with it. Thank you 😊

Ring took longer to arrive than I would have liked but it was coming from China. I paid extra for special delivery but did not feel I got my money's worth for this.
The product itself is excellent, I am so pleased with it all is forgiven. I have changed wedding rings several times in the last year due to weight changes and this one is by far the best one I have had I am delighted with it. Would definitely buy again and recommend product just be prepared for a wait.

It was nice finding what I was looking for at a cheaper price but the sizing is off.

I wanted to get my husband a new watch box and had looked on line for local stores but hadn't found what I was looking for. When I googled watchboxes

It arrived in perfect condition and looks very nice on his dresser displaying his watches
