A scam! As some people mentioned here, the support doesn't reply, you have no way to communicate with them. I gave them a benefit of doubt but it looks like I was wrong. You receive that the order has been placed but that's that, the end of it. Positive reviews I'm most certain are bots. Do not order from here and choose better rated shops. Disappointed

Support email is undeliverable. I haven't received a shipping notice two weeks after my order was confirmed so I checked the website to track my order. When I entered my order number the response was they couldn't find my order and to contact support. The support email is undeliverable. This is not very trust worthy.

I am very disappointed that the customer service didn’t reply to my messages and if I soon do not get a reply or shipment confirmation I’ll press charges against the company.

Still didn't receive my package...what is happening ?

I have tried to email them on 2 occasions and have not received any reply. The clothes took weeks to arrive and they were so small even though I ordered a XXL. I am sure that I have been scammed. Very disappointing. Don't buy from this company unless you want to lose your money.

I ordered in January 2024, but never received my clothes. They did not respond to my emails requesting a refund.

Edit: I've never received my clothes. The tracker they send me says my package was delivered in Australia, whereas I live in the Netherlands!

Order took forever to be delivered. Mostly didn’t like the quality. Asked for the return policy but never got a reply.

Tout est parfait le produit sa matière son confort tout est bien mais je mets un 4 juste parce que la livraison était longue mais le produit en soit est un gros 5

I don't know what I was thinking ordering from here. I placed my order 3 months ago and I still have nothing. I did contact them 2 weeks after I placed my order in hopes of getting refunded as I quickly realised that I was not going to recieve my order and they responded two days later, promising that it would be sent that week- I don't even care I just want my money back as I asked

I placed an order with this company and received NO confirmation email. They took my money and I have NO proof that I even placed an order.
Thank goodness I purchased through ZIP. At least with ZIP I will have a paper trail.
I’ve already opened an investigation with ZIP against Insakura.
I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Insakura…with no luck. There’s not even a phone number to contact them.
This company is a fraud! Do not shop on their website.

Don't order here, they collect your payment but do not ship the goods, website also offline and now back online

La livraison et le manque de communication du vendeur m'ont fait penser à un scam, et j'ai regretté mon achat assez rapidement.
Un mois après la commande (environ), mes achats sont arrivés, et je suis plutôt satisfait. Un des pantalons (sekino) possède néanmoins un tissu synthétique horrible dans les poches.
Les produits sont arrivés de Chine, même si le site annonce livraison gratuite en Europe. C'est du bon vieux dropshipping à l'arrache.
J'attends toujours une facture, mais je pense que je ne l'aurai jamais.

Livraison très très longue . Procédure de retour introuvable.

The products are really nice and of good quality. The only big issue is the delivery. We had to wait 5 months to receive our order and during this time, I sent many emails to the customer service and never had any answer. Though it was a scam. I ended up receiving my order so it wasn’t. And the clothes are really nice so we’re happy. But the delivery was defo too long…

Plus d'1 mois avant d'avoir une réponse concernant ma commande, dont je n'avais aucune information.
Et 1,5 mois pour que la commande soit expédié.

Qualité des produits médiocre, on peut voir à travers
