Most of the 5* reviews are not actually about the months of treatment or the end result or how good the company actually is! It’s based on a 10 min chat to get you booked in for a consult! After this chat I paid £25 for the consultation appt and I got a text to incentivise me to leave a review to get my fee back. How is a 10min chat enough to leave a review about a company you know nothing about! But u guess a lot of people do it for the cash and leave a great review because what’s there to fault in a 10 min friendly chat? The review score completely mislead me as I thought they had amazing reviews for the actual dental service. The real issue was when they took my deposit and unlike what I was promised, I got no email telling me where to go or confirming my appt. They didn’t respond to my emails so the promise of a refundable fee is a total lie. AVOID or at least look at all the 1/2 star reviews for a better insight!

Edit: I was only contacted and offered a refund after I left a negative review.

Josh was really friendly and helpful throughout my visit. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options. Great service and really welcoming — would definitely recommend!

I attended the Leeds branch and had a very seamless experience, the staff was pleasant and welcoming from the minute I attended, prior to the appointment I had regular updates on my appointment along with texts and emails stating they looked forward to see me. The staff at the appointment were very professional and warming they made me feel really comfortable and also made me feel super relaxed. I look forward to the rest of my journey with the team and have been telling everyone about it!

Terrible service, broken promises, and withholding my refund for over 6 months
DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC. My experience with Invisiblebraces4u has been an absolute nightmare from a clinical, organizational, and financial standpoint.
1. Unprofessional Clinical Results & False Promises:
Before starting my Invisalign treatment, I was promised my "dream smile". I was NEVER informed during initial consultations about potential "biological limitations" or that certain teeth might resist movement. After completing the treatment, my upper right incisor is STILL visibly crooked and overlapping the adjacent tooth. My smile is completely unfinished, and I now have to pay another dentist out of pocket to fix their failure.
2. Appalling Management & Customer Service:
The treatment process was full of errors, including wrong aligner templates and ridiculously long waiting times. Communication is non-existent unless you chase them constantly.
3. Withholding Refund Money (Over 6 Months):
To make matters worse, a partial refund of £1,295 was officially approved back in June 2026. Fast forward over 6 months later, and I am STILL missing nearly £900 of my money. They constantly shift blame onto their finance provider (Tabeo) and ignore messages for weeks, hoping clients will just give up.
I have now been forced to issue a formal Letter Before Action and escalate this matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service, the Dental Complaints Service, and the Small Claims Court.
Save yourself the money, time, and mental stress—go to a reputable clinic that actually respects its patients and complies with the law.6 month and still no answer or sorted the issue
