Josh was so helpful and made me feel welcome and managed to book me a next day appointment at another branch to avoid waiting for a couple of weeks at my local branch. Excited to start my journey!

I am writing this review to document a deeply frustrating and highly unprofessional experience with Invisiblebraces4u regarding my Invisalign treatment. What should have been a straightforward process turned into weeks of conflicting information, zero communication, and missing funds.

I completed my check-up on August 2nd, and shortly after, I was assigned a dedicated treatment coordinator who was introduced as my point of contact to fast-track my journey. Instead, I was subjected to over a month of total runaround. Throughout August and September, I was repeatedly given completely contradictory statements regarding my aligners—first being told they were ordered and shipped, then that they couldn’t be done, then that they could, and ultimately they cancelled my treatment altogether. On top of this constant back-and-forth, communication completely broke down. My WhatsApp messages to my coordinator were consistently left on read (showing green ticks), and phone calls went completely unanswered. Being actively ignored by a practice responsible for your dental care while seeing that your messages are read is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, despite cancelling my treatment on their end, Invisiblebraces4u failed to return my funds promptly. I made three separate payments—an initial deposit and two monthly installments—yet they have only refunded a single monthly payment so far. Now, after weeks of ghosting, they claim the remaining refund will take another 5 to 15 days. Holding onto my initial deposit and second monthly installment for a medical service they cancelled and completely failed to deliver is entirely unacceptable. I demand an immediate, full refund of my remaining funds, and if this delay continues, I will be taking formal steps through my bank and consumer regulatory bodies to recover my money.

I will consider removing this review if I receive my refund by 25th September.

I was honestly so nervous going into my first Invisalign consultation, but from the moment I walked in the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They took the time to properly listen to me, answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly and not to mention they are the most affordable invisalign provider out there.

From the beginning of the journey the team has been amaizing, perfect communication throughout. Any question I had at any point the team was always ready to respond and explained things clearly. I would recommend this service to anyone who is thinking of getting Invisalign. Invisiblebraces4u really takes care of their customers.

Vey easy process so far. Easy to follow and the Leeds branch is open seven days a week! I work full time so saves me using annual leave for appointments. Staff are friendly but professional. I'm at the beginning of the process and so far brilliant. The xrays and scans make it much more accurate than doing everything online. Seeing what teeth will likely look like was fab. The cost is much less than my own dentist. I have removed a star as it's super simple to make appointments but difficult to amend and retainers are not included in the cost.

I’ve just had my first consultation and I can say the customer service and dental care was excellent. Very informative and professional. Very impressed so far.

From start to finish everything was easy a few clicks to arrange a virtual consultation which led to a in person appointment within the week, email, WhatsApp and text messages for reminders and instructions … the appointment itself was a joy to attend all the staff where amazing and friendly everything was explained every step of the way within the appointment I had a 3d scan of my teeth done a plan made up and my order placed for Invisalign which was over a thousand pound cheaper than my dentist quoted me !! All in all I would highly recommend giving these guys a chance to give you straighter teeth and save you money !

I have recently had a consultation and agreed to go ahead with an Invisalign treatment. My initial consultation was really positive and they talked me through the process of what would happen and when. The appointment was also made for a bank holiday which was unexpected and very convenient. Valentina was easy to contact after the consultation and answered all of my questions.

Compared to other quotes I received elsewhere, the price I was given was a lot cheaper and the monthly payment options are flexible. There were some tech issues when sorting the finance but they were resolved quite quickly. I was also offered an appointment with a dental hygienist for an extra cost prior to starting the treatment which I have taken up.

My aligners have been ordered and I’m now excited to start my treatment.

I spoke to Jamie over the phone and he was very willing to answer my questions and concerns I had. He made it very quick and easy to sort out a following appointment and was very patient.

I saw Jamie today for my online consultation. He provided me with all the information I needed to make the decision to go forward with receiving Invisalign treatment. I was treated with kindness, respect and was able to ask any questions I needed before booking my first in-clinic appointment. The pricing is also very good in comparison to other treatment options. This experience has made me feel more comfortable with taking this step to straighten my teeth.

Had my first virtual consultation with Jamie today. He was extremely kind,customer service was amazing and he responded to all my questions. I managed to book in my first walk in consultation appointment with him over the phone that to on a weekend couldn't be more happier.

I had a virtual consultation with Jamie! He was so lovely and patient and explained everything so well. Going to the dentist makes me nervous and I’ve delayed getting aligners for so long but after that call, I felt very comfortable with going ahead and booked my in clinic consultation straight away. The process was very simple and smooth too! So far, I would highly recommend!

I am waiting to start the treatment & told aligners was ordered & have contacted them for updates on arrival, absolutely poor communication, wish I had gone with another supplier, I have had no communication from the clinic. When I try to contact them I can never get through. Assigned a treatment coordinator who has never been in contact or followed up on my treatment. The so called call centre seems to not be able to contact or put you through to any of the branches (extremely strange).
I am having to call and chase for responses but still no luck on that end.

Would definitely not recommend them.

Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Answered all of my questions and I left 100% confident with my choice of getting Invisalign here. Never complicated a single thing and even offered to help me with anything throughout my journey. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking to get Invisalign and best thing is they are more affordable then any other place.
