I had a very detailed and thorough explanation on the process by Joshua Gower. He answered all my questions and also looked at my teeth on call. He made me feel relaxed and booked my in person consultation very quickly. Everything has been a lovely and smooth process.

Quick and easy consultation with Harley.

A zoom called was booked at the time of my convenience, I was sent reminder messages of when my zoom call was approaching. I spoke to a lovely member of staff called Jamie who guided me through all the different packages, I have now booked a face to face appointment at the clinic near to me. I will start my journey, hoping to see amazing results.

Jamie was incredibly helpful and answered all my queries quickly and efficiently. He booked my appointment so easily and quickly! I 100% recommend.

I originally recommended this company due to their excellent communication skills. However, this has now changed.

I don’t usually write reviews whether that’s good or bad but I have been passed from pillar to post with this company, being told my order has been processed but then having calls about further dental work that is required and being told my order cannot be made until the dental work is completed. I advised them multiple times I would not be carrying out any further dental work at my own expense. They then asked me to provide the consent forms which had already been completed a month ago but apparently they do not have them?

I have now cancelled this so will hopefully get my deposit and my payments towards the Invisalign I am currently paying for yet still have received after almost 2 months.

They also provide you with someone direct to contact who never messages back so that’s also great.

My details are most certainly on the system and I have received a refund for my deposit as I cancelled. You have also confirmed the error on your side. Absolute disappointment, no wonder I never got them when you can’t even locate details based on my name!

Spoke to Jamie treatment coordinator who explained the Invisalign journey and payment options available in detail. Making the experience much simpler and joyful.

It was so easy to get booked in, the call was earlier than expected because of availability & despite me having booked a video call we managed to do it over the phone when my plans changed. Jamie was so helpful and explained everything well. I’m excited to get started on my journey to straight white teeth!!
