Being a full time working Mum I do a great deal of online shopping. I cannot receive parcels at work, and I was beginning to feel like I was becoming a burden on my new neighbours. iParcelBox has changed my life as now I can receive as many parcels as I like securely and safely and without annoying anybody! The app is great and easy to use, and now I’m about to add my CCTV to it to too to make the box extra secure. Would highly recommend this box and company to anyone. Great product and great customer service. 5 stars :)

Fantastic Customer Support, both before purchase with questions and after sales.

The iParcelBox looks great and is a good size for most deliveries. It is easy to install and use and we have already had successful deliveries to it over Christmas.

We even had one local courier tell us at length how much he loved it when he came back for a subsequent delivery that we were at home for.

He also told us that they had been warned to watch for other vehicles following them around on their delivery route and waiting to steal the deliveries after they had been left so wished more people had boxes like these.

Great product. Easy to set up! Worked first time. I would recommend this product. I look forward to 2020 when it’s proposed to release a larger box.

FANTASTIC in every way!

This is a really useful box to have, nice and secure for parcels, most delivery drivers are easily trained to use it (with the exception of Parcel Force, grrrrrr) and the backup is second to none. Had a bit of trouble connecting it to my camera doorbell feed, and at 8.30pm on a Friday they were still happy to help out. Can't recommend highly enough

Excellent price and service from the team.

Great box. Packaging and installation instructions very good. Connection to wifi was a little tricky but support received and support was first class and got sorted quickly. Post men and delivery people have got used to it now and all works well.

No hesitation needed...order now, you wont regret it!

Perfect solution for those missed deliveries

A fantastic company, the parcelsafe is fantastic and we have a lot of medication delivered and they always make full use of it. Our Amazon delivery guy loves it, very interesting technology
