Fast delivery. Good packaging.

I was looking for a good sized delivery box having secured my rear garden and realising that my delivery point was no longer accessible. During my search I found iParcelBox and they were actually the best price to order direct. The delivery was next day and it came well packaged and feels very sturdy. All fittings are included and I was amazed that screws did not require and raw plugs for securing to my wall.
I initially connected up to my WiFi connection inside my house and it was unclear if it had connected but after a short while I found it had completed an update.
Now works fully and is secured to wall. Love the iParcelBox being connected to my phone and alerts are almost instantaneously delivered.

Absolutely Brilliant but of kit. Though it’s only been installed a couple of weeks it’s saved us loads of time from running round to neighbours or our local post office to retrieve parcels. Needs time to level it up at installation and get it set to a point where it’s foolproof but it’s time well spent. Hope it stays working exactly as it does now.

Where do I start 🤔 like many people that work it’s a real ball ache to chase deliveries around your county, even leaving polite notices to delivery drivers to leave goods in a safe place doesn’t work....my hubby took a punt after much research on the iParcelBox, what a brilliant piece of kit, easy to instal, easy to use, even the app does what I says on the tin, notifications when a delivery arrives...my goodness I love this so much, we love it so much. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!

Delivery to belgium went as agreed. Good tracking information and sturdy packaging. We are happy.

Excellent product, support always available cannot fault it

This wonderful product ensures that I will never miss a parcel delivery again and I know that my parcel will be secure until I can open the box. My app tells me that I have received a delivery so it will be waiting safely until I return home.
The delivery drivers also like it because they can scan the barcode inside the box to prove that they have delivered my parcel and do not have to return another time when someone is available to receive it or alternately I do not have to travel to a depot to collect my parcel.

I sat on the fence for quite a while before buying the Iparcelbox.

Admittedly the whole Covid19 thing pushed us into it but I am so glad we have it, convenient, secure and user friendly.

The convenience of being able to receive packages without being at home or just because you wanted to stay in bed is fantastic.

The execution of the app and the way the box works has been very well thought out with things like the box remembering its last state in the event of a power cut is great because it provides more security, speed of notification is one thing that really impressed.

The app also allows use of cctv so you can see the box if you wish and when I initially setup the box the nest doorbell we have didn't work with it, I contacted the company and the same day they got me a working solution and the next day the app had been updated to allow the nest cams to work.

I have never had customer service as good as that from any other company and for that reason these guys deserve the 5 stars.

It's an interesting experience but still needs a lot of communication so that it can be useful.

Very good customer service and product. The box is nearly perfect but, I think, should come in a range of sizes. There was an issue with mins and they resolved the problem inside 2 days. 10/10

Since getting the iParcelBox we have never had to worry about being ‘in’ for a delivery slot. All parcels are now securely delivered to our iParcelBox for us to collect on our return. Having the iParcelBox has meant we can go about our daily business without worrying when a delivery is supposed to be done.

the box is a great size and good concept issues were with set up and using on android. Positive was customer service was great but took more of my time getting it to work than it should have. Hopefully will be great when software issues have been fixed

Does everything it should and so easy to install.

The order was flawless. The delivery prompt. I had a few issues with the app but I can't believe the quality of service I received. All sorted and working beautifully. The box is fantastic and I'm so happy now I don't have to fret about when orders will arrive and where they will go. Brilliant

Unlocking it remotely works great and I would have given it more stars, but the lid doesn’t always close properly. It seems to not quite line up sometimes. Meaning delivery drivers leave it open making the parcels vulnerable.

This has made life so much easier, not only for myself being disabled and pregnant, but also as a way to continue supporting the community during covid-19 as our customers are able to collect essential items without risking themselves or us. The team at iparcel are wonderful, helpful, responsive and caring. The box is easy to use, the App is great. Highly recommend!
