They destroyed my parcels and refuse to do anything about it. They cited some nonsense about "our terms and conditions don't cover this" but they didn't stop them collecting the parcel in the first place. I would never use this service again.

From start to finish - not worth the money. Everything smashed to pieces even though properly packed in bubble wrap. Didn’t show up for pick up, had to drop to an access point. Spent 4 days at home as they claimed they would deliver with an ideal time frame of “end of day”.
Do not use this service with UPS.

Scam artists, entered the parcel dimensions and weight, got the price, paid, parcel collected and 2 days later received email demanding 122 euros for delivery stating parcel was now twice as thick as when collected, I did not pay and did not receive either my parcel or evidence of its sudden growth, complete Scam service, avoid at all cost

I waited in all day and the courier sis not arrive. No reposes from Irish Parcels either. Not impressed.

An honest company that works seriously, especially when you set the time, I bought two parcels, give me back the money in 3 days, and all of them arrived at the time you specified for me The parcel is received in the hands of the person written in the guarantee, 🙏 Thank you

I payed extra for next working day delivery, they didn’t bother coming to collect it. Nothing short of a disaster

i am very satisfied with the services if irishparcels. not even that the package wqs delivered extremely fast (it was picked up om monday and delivered on friday!!!) but also the customer service was extremely helpful. Mark provided me with valuable information, and responded in a few mins even during sunday evening.. Together with very affordable cost comparing to other companies even underpriced.. Very student friendly! I had to move out from ireland, and irishparcels provided me the perfect and convenient option to ease my moving!

Helpful and courteous at all times. It was my first time using this type of service so I had a lot of questions and Irish Parcels always answered.

Extremely disappoint with this service from the start. Items were due to be collected on Thursday to be delivered the following Monday. Despite assurances and a lot of back and forth the items were only collected the following Tuesday and then arrived broken and unusable. First and last time using this service, would not recommend based on my experience.

Yes, performing well; excellent delivery & collectrion, send drivers on time when 'booked' and within the 'time scale' (10am -500pm) and are friendly and helpful
