So I Make a purchase, it takes over a month to be delivered. Then once delivered, the core is stuck, I reach out to customer service, no action, just long emails about how sorry they are, and new numbers I should call. I even offer to take the generator head to one of their stores for repair, and the address they provided was a residential area, the owner of the house looked at me like I lost my mind. So, nearly three months on, I'm out of my money, no functioning generator, and I'm left with no tangible course of action. I wouldn't recommend you buy anything from these people. Who knows if this is what they do to everyone, feels very much like a scam, buyer be aware!!!

it was alright i guess wish the cord head another male plug in on it to plug into a power inlet box.

The shipping was perfect and speedy. The product i received was garbage. The A/C compressor only ran for 20 Min, and then locked up. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY disappointed and pissed off about that. I own an AC company and have been a service tech for 15 years. I installed it myself with caution. Very pissed off about it. I would never buy a compressor from this place again. And where is the warranty on this compressor. oh yea,,, There is NONE!!

Received order 3 days after ordering and the wheel kit was exactly as described. Very easy assembly complete with easy to read instructions and diagrams along with the author's humor thrown in. Extremely pleased with this purchase and the quick shipment.

Their customer service is knowledgeable and prompt! Best prices, shipping is fast and when you have a problem it's rectified with speed and no bs!

I will be back to buy another generator next month and this is now my go to website!

The correct items were shipped quickly and everything was perfectly smooth! They had great service and great prices so I'll be using ISC for all my HVAC supplies needs in the future.

We paid an additional $100 for urgent shipping. After three calls to customer service to ensure the order would ship out and confirm it would be shipped overnight speed, our order shipped out 5 days after the order was placed and at ground shipping speed.
This company may have competitive prices but it will end up costing you more when deadlines are pushed back because of poor communication and lack of attention to detail... Our experience in one word? Frustrating.

I ordered several boxes of filters and one arrived was the wrong size. They would not take a return even though unopened, would not send replacement or even offer free shipping on replacement. Terrible customer service - avoid ISC.

Very good service, and fast delivery

Order placed 8/27/19 for 12 air filters. Yesterday, day 49 I called & order was not completed or in production. Rep said, "I'll call you back." Never did. Today, day 50 called again & rep said I'll call you back. I canceled order. Looking forward to a refund.
WHY BOTHER TAKING AN ON LINE ORDER IF YOU CAN'T FULLFILL IT? What a waste of my time & yours.

My orders are processed fast and the customer service is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the email updates from the acknowledgement to the shipping information. It is helpful to know when my product will arrive.

Unfortunately my product was not packaged well enough to avoid damage in shipping. Fortunately ISC customer service came through, and paid for me to have it repaired to like new condition.
