My husband wanted a personal air conditioner like his coworkers at the shipyard had. ISC had the exact one he wanted, at a lower price than anyone else. And it arrived very quickly! We're very happy!

Received the signs quickly and they were very good quality. The only drawback was trying to peel the plastic paper off the back. I would recommend that you add a crease to the back to make it easier to peel.

My part has been lost. According to the tracking number you provided, my part was shipped to California instead of North Carolina. I called customer service at 8:45 am ET this morning 7-24-2014 and have yet to hear back

I was informed today that my order was cancelled by the factory. I assume you will be crediting my account immediately!

HAS NO DETERGENT PULLING POWER. MOTOR IS VERY NOISY. CONNECTORS ARE NO GOOD WATER LEAKS FROM THE CONNECTOR. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THIS EQUIPMENT BACK, AND GET THE REFUND. PLEASE ADVISE ME HOW I CAN SEND THIS TOY BACK. THANK YOU.

This was our first experience with ISC and we will be making more purchases in the future.

On 5/23/2014 I ordered a 3M (TM) static wrist band. My credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email that the product was in stock and would be shipped out of Texas. I waited for 5 days and received another email on 5/28/2014, that my item still had not shipped, and that they expected it to ship out 2 days later on 5/30/2014. I can't start my project without the strap, and everything else I have ordered from other vendors has already arrived. I ordered everything on the same day or later, and this is the only company I'm still waiting on. So if you need a product fast I'd recommend going through Amazon (TM). But if you have a lot of spare time, then ISC (TM)online would be fine.

I have ordered harnesses twice in a month and both times I received the harnesses very quickly (3-4 Days).

My order was short 1 harness on the first order and customer service took care of it immediately and I received the harness in 2 days!

I needed a hard to get item, reflective vests for a group of 50+ bike riders. A google search took me to your site, the reflective vests were there, in fact I had 4 choices of styles, cost, etc. I placed my order and a week later my packages arrived with plenty of time to spare before the bikers need them! Thanks for the efficient service!

They sent me a message when they noticed I was on there web site, but didn't order. They asked if there were problems. I had concerns on safety vests, I wanted to be sure they would be soft enough. So when you were sitting, you wouldn't have stiff plastic riding up. They called the manufacture got the information called me back, so I placed an order to check them out and measure the rest of the employees before I make a major order.

Finally, after living in the Las Vegas desert for over 5 years I can go about daily endeavors without being shocked by static electricity everywhere I go ... And in a city full of slot machines that is a true blessing!

First off, the price I paid for my 3m vacuum was the lowest price I've ever seen. It was lower than amazon and eBay. Secondly, it shipped right away. It actually got delivered a day earlier than expected. That's great customer service.
