Shipped out next business day. Products came as described. Others had the pneumatic fittings I was looking for but only in bulk quantities. ISC Online had them in singles as well, which was very helpful. Will buy from again.

My order was supposed to ship on 2/29/16. Was informed on 3/1/16 it will ship on 3/2/16. That's after waiting a week for it to ship in the first place. Not impressed.

Called after several days of ordering the part and found out the order was still on the supervisor's desk
Not sure what happened but we paid for expedited shipping for a part that was in stock. After several days I contaced ISC to find out the status and learned that the order was still on the supervisors desk and had not been released yet. I am now late for my customer's order. The lack of communication was unacceptable and the unwillingness to make up for lost time (over night air) was not offered. Simply unacceptable.

Dissapointed in service!
I ordered filters for my shop vac and placed the order. The next day I received an email informing me that they do not ship to APO addresses!
(Funny how their mailing address drop down window included APO addresses...)

Excellent Service And Excellent Product
I bought an orange reflective safety raincoat from ISC Online more than one year ago, and I was treated well as a customer. I received many positive remarks from coworkers about the raincoat and it was eventually stolen, which is another effective but awkward indicator of it's value. When I bought an identical raincoat to replace the stolen one, the price had actually come down. I am very happy with ISC Online, and thank you. There is nowhere to get these safety raincoats locally that I am aware of.
