Ordered an exercise sheet early March, still waiting early April. No response to emails, phone calls or online chat. Fortunately paid by credit card, so the bank are sorting it out. Please Please do not ever use this company they take your money and don’t deliver the goods.

Ordered 3 months ago numerous attempts to get in touch and no response DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a fly rug in may. Luckily managed to get a refund through the bank as they never had any intention of sending it. Lied to over the phone several times. Kept saying they were sending and would email me tracking. Total scammers. Avoid

Ordered in May 2024 heard nothing for 2 weeks so emailed as they never answer the phone, was fobbed off numerous times with answerphone messages. Now end of July 2024 and still nothing. Reported to trading standards as clearly she should be shut down and scamming people...

Placed order April 2024, it’s now July, no goods received, have contacted several times. They have promised to re send item with shipment details, not received still! Contacted them for refund last week… still waiting!
DO NOT order from this company!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
I ordered a bridle on the 4th January and it had a delivery time of 3 weeks. When that time had been done, I started to chase the order. What followed was many many phone calls, Facebook messages, emails, many of which went unanswered to begin with. When I was responded to, I was met with a ridiculous excuse about them changing courier and something going wrong. After that excuse, I was told they were sending out a second one as the first order had been lost. I was given so many promises that I would receive my order and even the promises of calls backs from then, we not followed through on.
I have never known so many promises of delivery or call backs, without the item being delivered.

I was so patient and understanding the whole way through, but when I had had enough and wanted the full refund, I was once again ignored.
I ended up having to request a refund through clear pay, as that’s how I paid, which I finally got today, almost exactly 3 MONTHS after I placed the order.
If I had seen these reviews before ordering, I would never have ordered through this company.

Rude unprofessional never relied to any voicemails emails lady called Kaye biggest attitude problem ever . They don’t have their own stock they just post pictures and prices then try source them absolute fraud ! Kay lady wouldn’t give me her name until 8 times of asking told me not her business after being an absolute cow and upsetting me . very disappointed I ordered two fly rugs and two fly masks never received them can never get hold of them when finally got hold of them they said there was an issue with dispatch still not had them a year later sick of trying to contact them to get fobbed off wouldn’t mind but nearly £100 gone down drain avoid this company not v trustworthy

Absolute waste of time
Ordered a pair of wellies, said they’d be 7 working days delivery (I have voicemail proof)
Had NO update at all just a order confirmation
After countless calls, messages and voicemails I said to the company I was opening a refund with clearpay (who I used to pay) they rang me straight away to say that it would be 12-20 working days and that the boots were in customs (says the company is in London and the wellies were in stock)
Woman on the phone was very argumentative and kept talking over me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Spent over £100 on stirrups and never received them despite numerous emails and phone calls.

Utterly disappointed with this company. Ordered jodhpur boots 2 months ago expecting delivery within 2 weeks and still 2 months down the line waiting on an update. I do get a call back once I have emailed and called chasing progress saying they are trying to locate my order but still no delivery. Reporting to Klarna and Trading Standards.

I had never ordered from 'its all a bit horse' before and did not read the reviews as many people don't before I placed my order. However, I placed an order for a Busse fringe 'ride on' fly rug at the beginning of the summer. I could not get one of these anywhere as all other retailers had no stock and 'its all a bit horse' were selling at a very competitive price. After a delay which I was kept up to date with at all times, I'm happy to say it has now arrived and its wonderful.The delay was explainable and a member of staff (Fay I think) always rang me back and gave me updates. Once I had read the reviews I almost thought this is going to be tricky but my patience and understanding paid off. I shall use this company again as they are competitively priced and always professional in their attitude on the telephone. Sender : Mary Herbert

Ordered £70 worth of stuff and a month later I have not received anything or heard a word from them. I didn’t even get a confirmation email! They do not respond to emails or answer calls! Basically scammers! They have an automatic reply to emails saying that the are not responding to emails!

Awful company to deal with
Chased items for a month , phoned, emailed, used messenger. Constantly told they were on order, eventually gave up after all the excuses, id paid via Clearpay who have managed to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

The WORST company I have ever delt with. Basically scammers. The person who owns this company is clearly committing fraud. Item never received. Chased multiple times, excuses about emails not working, her being off sick, can process a refund as so and so from accounts isn’t in etc. Stopped responding to my messages. Have had to raise charge back with bank. Will also be raising with trading standards. Don’t waste you time ordering with this company.
