Item arrived damaged. Was told replacement would be sent but I never received it. They didn’t respond to my last message asking for a refund. My order was placed in January 2023. I ordered two of the same item, the eco multibag, one did arrive un-damaged but was poor quality. Will never use this company again!

Pity there's no minus score. Have been trying to get my order for almost 2 months, no answer to mails, no answer to Facebook messages even though they still post stuff on their page. When calling, you get an answering machine EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Had a lady call me back a few times, promises this that and the next thing but nothing, each time a week goes by without the promised information or delivery, so I leave a message and she then gives me excuses that her colleagues were supposed to contact me. Starting to believe she's the only person actually working there. And no more callback since I started asking for a refund, of course.

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering! Placed an order back in November 2021 and still have not received my order or a refund. Have been trying to contact the company via Facebook messenger, email and phone. Only had one response in this time, a woman said there was a manufacturing delay and I should receive my items in 10 working days. Well a year has now passed and still nothing. I am really disappointed! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. It’s all about horse take your money and promise delivery but nothing arrives. Several conversations with a woman who keeps stating her computer is down or she can’t get in touch with the warehouse. I’ve got a full refund from my bank whilst they are investigating this company. Last phone call from them after 4 weeks stating they no longer have the rug size in stock and have to wait for them to get another supply, I don’t think so. AVOID at all cost as you’ll be tearing your hair out with this shoddy company.

Shambles of a company. I will be reporting to Trading Standards. Ordered a loading aid in April and it is now July. Nothing. Various phone calls with some imbecilic woman who is trying to fob me off me some nonsense about the wrong person not being in the office blah blah blah. I demand a refund. They take my bank details - still nothing. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Scammers.

Absolutely scamming company!! Gives you all the excuses of how u have to wait for ages for your items as they have to wait for the shipment then its more and more excuses from there on...they will funally tell you they have posted your items when they haven't they will then say they will re send them when you ring them and say you haven't received them they are the worst with communicating with you, dont reoly to wmails, there phoen just rings when you ring them so you have to leave a message someone might ring you back but most of the time they dont, i finally ask for a refund they say they will process it the next day for you but they don't! 5 months down the line and I've no order from them and no refund! All I've had is excuse after excuse and plain out right lies! Stay away from this company they will steal your money...total scammers!

I wish i'd read this before buying - goods not arrived - no reply to emails and not answering the phone. I also now believe this company to be a scam.

I bought some hoof boots, company didn't send the boots, nor reply to emails, nor answer phone. I'm asking credit card company to refund. SCAM!

My wife tried to purchase a rug from this website in September 2022, despite her best efforts the rug never appeared and all of the excuses listed in various other posts here were used, we could never get hold of them on the phone or by email, when they did contact us it was with a private number so we could never phone them back, they promised refunds which never were given.
What i did and i would strongly recommend any one who hasn't received their orders do is, if you purchased with a credit card and the value is under £100.00, request a 'Chargeback' claim via your credit card company for your order value. What is vitally important is that this claim must be made/ started within 120 days of your original order.
For orders over £100.00 make a claim via your credit card company via section 75 of the credit consumer act..
I made my claim via 'chargeback and was successful..
The good thing about 'chargeback' is that it comes out of its all a bit horse's bank account, whereas I believe a section 75 claim is refunded directly from the credit card company ( not sure if they try and get the money back from its all a bit horse)
It took a bit of time with the credit card company but it was time well spent not to let these people get away with ripping us off, these charlatans cannot be allowed to get away with what they do.

Do not go near this company with a barge pole! Ordered a park of 5 haynets last August, 2 were the wrong ones and 2 were faulty. Have been on the phone countless times and every time it’s the same - promised a refund but still nothing!

If I could leave no stars I would. Another person ripped off by this company. I paid by laybuy and they are just as bad as now I’m still paying for item not received. I wish I had seen this before I purchased. I am reporting to trading standards and if everyone else does they might get looked into.

ORDERED MONTHS AGO! Items never arrived and no tracking to prove they were ever sent, I was told they were re-sent but again no tracking to prove this, I’ve struggled to speak to someone, they ignore your Facebook messages and comments, saying they don’t have staff monitoring Facebook however as soon as I named and shamed them all over Facebook they called me within minutes lol! I have filed a complaint via Klarna which is how I paid, it’s been 4 month now so not holding out much hope of a refund so all I can do is warn people!

Ordered feed buckets in May 2022, initially they seemed helpful as I had to change my address due to there being no sign of them when it came to me moving house (June 22). I then checked the website and the delivery time had changed and was now saying I wouldn’t get the buckets until mid July- August. I emailed asking for a refund and didn’t hear anything and then got in contact and was told no one had processed my refund but they knew I wanted one. I then called again weeks later and was told they’d been trying to get in contact with me to give me the refund as they couldn’t send the money back the way I’d paid as they’d changed their payment platform. Long story short after weeks of ringing them daily and them always having an excuse as to why they couldn’t refund me then and there I’m sad to say I gave up. They were always polite and full of excuses when I spoke to them but like everyone else here I wish I’d Googled reviews and used PayPal (both things I now do before buying from anyone). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

like other people here I wish I'd checked before ordering. Stirrups ordered on October 17 have never arrived. call after call after call. excuse after excuse after excuse. I suspect this website is a massive scam. Has anybody ever had their order delivered?

I wouldn’t even give 1 star ! I ordered x2 fly sheets in June 2022 and am still waiting ! Lovelly lady rings me every couple of weeks or so to say ‘brexit’ Covid’ wrong address , courier couldn’t find my address ! Waiting for parcel to arrive back with them. Parcel not collected by the courier ! She’ll let me know when collected ! I’m so fed up and stupid ! I ordered because I really wanted the sole mio fly sheet and it was a decent price, and ! In stock ! For the love of god do not order from these people !! I wish I’d looked and seen these reviews before I had ! Been a few ‘good deals’ that people at my yard were going to buy but managed to dissuade them ! Just don’t risk it it’s not worth losing your money !!
If my parcell does not get delivered this week I will be looking at how to get my money back ! And posting on every equedtrian site I can find and livery yards as well ! So angry now !

Looks like I’m in the same boat as everyone else!
Ordered a rug back in September. Fobbed off with tones of excuses, told id get a upgraded one free of charge. Still nothing has arrived.
Asked for a refund and was told three working days. 6 days on and I’m still waiting. Called again today to be told they can’t look into it because their systems are down due to the bad rain!

I am still waiting on my parcel which I ordered back in June..they don't answer any calls or messages I leave I am about fed up now and I am seeking alternative help to get my money back ...do not offer from this shambles ..disgusting company

Still have not received email 6 weeks later. Emails ignored. Request for refund ignored. Left messages, get a phone call back saying someone will call me the following day, they never do

Paid and 4 weeks later still have not recived nothing although delivery stated 7 days . Messaged them gave me a excuse said would be with me the week later still nothing and ignoring all emails/messages i opened a dispute through clear pay they are even ignoring that!
