This used to be a great registry but not anymore. It has gotten very poor indeed. Customer service is very poor and on top of that, they have made it difficult to transfer domains out of them. For example, they make you wait for 5 days in order to transfer a top level domain, whereas this can normally be done immediately, if they wish to do so.

Their prices are also far too high and would not recommend them.

It's one of the fastest and smoothest online inquiry experiences I've ever had. Even though I was in a different time zone, the customer service team responded to my email in such a short period of time and explained my concern in detail. I'm amazed by the efficiency of the service, and very happy with the result of the inquiry.

Great company with great service. I've been using them for many years now. They are honest, competent and provide full set of features without any tricks or dark patterns, unlike many cowboys in that space.

User interface on the website is amazing. Customer service, in the rare event that you need customer service, is blisteringly fast and always on point. I wish the whole damn world ran as well as iwantmyname.com. Which is doesn't, but oh well. You can't appreciate the light without the darkness.
