Ive been a customer for 6 years now, from the earliest designs till the latest drops, always enjoyed the love and care that they put in their work. I have a girl and I have always bought the beautiful pieces for her but always wanted an excuse to buy the cute baby boy ones which I can happily buy for my little nephew. Apart from their wonderful products, they also have an amazing customer service where they replaced my stolen delivery within a window of a few hours. Thats just so lovely and considerate.
Thank you Jamie Kay, keep up the great work and I hope one day I can buy for my little grandkids 🥹♥️✨

I reached out via email to obtain an invoice that was needed and received an email back with the invoice super efficiently and with great communication. The positive interaction has meant that I will definitely shop here again.

Wonderful company! I've been buying their clothes for the past 4 years now for my daughter, and still love it. The quality is great, the prints are beautiful. They also have great customer service, and are extremely quick and lovely to deal with if you ever have an issue. 10/10, will keep buying from them in the future.

Great customer service which is hard to find these days.

I understand that they are unable to change orders once placed, but I forgot to update my address and was so worried as my order would have gone to someone else. I contacted Jamie Kay immediately and they got back to me within the day and updated the order for me.

I was so grateful for the fast response and care despite usually not being able to make changes.

We have been loyal Jamie Kay shoppers for years. We love the quality of every product we have received. I’m impressed by their customer service. I was unaware that loyalty points expire once you select them - and they made things right so I could still use my points. They were quick with helping me.

Beware of buying from this shop. They have recently changed postal company and they are not taking any responsibility on their abusive and bad service whatsoever.

I got 50 USD worth of clothes. FedEx requested I pay them 58 5-8 USD on delivery. I contacted JK straight away and they said “okay cool but WE will take 40 USD from your refund”!! Can you believe? So I just gifted them 40 dollars out of the 58 dollars I’ve spent and ended up empty handed.

Their reply was “Is the customers responsibility” yet under no circumstance is the country I reside in asking for 58 USD from this order. They decide to hire this postal company and leave customers to their luck dealing with the abuse they endorse. Not even DHL does overcharges like this.

Shame on them, who knows what agreement they have with FEDEX because this is the first time a courier is asking me to pay 100% of the order value.

The rabbit is just gorgeous!! There wasn't a single person I showed it too that didn't love it. The addition of the recipient's name was the icing on top.

I did a big purchase from them two months ago the order supposed to arrive a week ago, but never arrive.
I sent them multiple emails, but they never take care about my case and the clothes never arrived to me.
I end up contacting my bank and they take care of it from now.
Such a big disappointed

Made from the most decadent cotton, soft on my little baby’s skin - breathable and oh so chic designs.
There was an unforeseen issue with one of the garments I had purchased and the team swiftly responded and refunded the faulty product. We love Jamie Kay and will absolutely continue to purchase from their beautiful store.

I’ve been shopping Jamie Kay for a year now and all the products have been amazing quality. Recently I had an issue with a package being lost and their costumer service was amazing and they got a new package out to me very quickly so it would be here for Christmas.

I’ve been a Jamie Kay customer for the past five years, and I’m truly obsessed with the quality of their clothing. The pricing genuinely reflects the materials, and the fit is consistently excellent for my children! I especially recommend their swimsuits if you’ve ever struggled to find the right cut for your kids. They’re thoughtfully designed and fit beautifully. I’ve never had issues with shipping or quality, and on the rare occasion I did (a missing item), customer service resolved it quickly and effortlessly. I honestly can’t recommend Jamie Kay enough!

I buy from Jamie Kay all the time. Their tights, tops, singlets and shorts are a staple for my toddler’s wardrobe year round. The prints are so whimsical and the quality is gorgeous. I recently purchased a pair of shoes which I felt didn’t match their usual quality, and was super impressed with the response- an apology and a gift voucher to the same value. Thank you Jamie Kay for supporting your loyal customers.

I can't fault Jamie Kay, they're a luxury brand but also have amazing specials. The fabrics, designs, colours and prints are gorgeous and everything is so beautifully made. The snuggle bunnies are something out a fairy tale and so is their customer service - there was a small problem with my order and it was handled efficiently and very kindly despite it being black friday!

To add, somehow every order just feels thoughtful and premium, even when buying sale items.

Absolutely awful customer service.
My grandmother (who is in a nursing home) was buying presents for her great grandchildren and needed my help as she is not technically advanced. I recommended Jamie Kay clothing because I love the quality. She decided to purchase a few items, I gave her my referral code. Which at the time of I referred someone I get 300 points. She purchased the items no problem and used my shipping address as packages sometimes get mixed up at her nursing home. The package was shipped no problem, but I still hadn’t received my 300 points. When I reached out to the Jamie Kay team they were very blunt and said sorry we can’t help as it was the same address used. I explained the situation and how I helped my grandmother place the order for Christmas and they still didn’t care. I should have been reached out to so we could have had the chance to cancel the order and set it up with her nursing home address or just use my account so I could get points. I also told them I could give them all my grandmothers information as well as her address and they can change it to ship there instead. It’s upsetting that they can constantly do giveaways but 300 points is an issue. When I was trying to help out an elderly lady. No compassion, heart, or empathy at all. For this, we will not be purchasing from them anymore and I will be letting my mom group friends know how we were treated.
