I have been shopping with Jk for 7 years; For my son and daughters. My girls absolutely LOVE their jk and it’s definitely their go to for basics. I love how my 5 year old has worn hers for years, to daycare and for best and now my 3 year old is wearing her hand me downs.
The customer service is quite possibly the best I’ve ever experienced.

I've used this online shop a couple of times to send long-distance gifts. There are exquisite photos of all the clothing items, with all the information you could want on sizes, fabrics, delivery etc. However, the size I wanted was sold out for a few items.
I was especially pleased with the speedy delivery for a special occasion.

I accidentally ordered clothes to my old address during Jamie Kay’s Black Friday sales and once I figured this out I immediately emailed their customer service team. At first I was very worried because I did not receive a quick response which was normal given it was a busy time, however I was so relieved once their team got back to me and explained that since my items were not packed yet they would send my parcel to my current address. I have now received my parcel and although the clothes fit somewhat on the smaller side, they are still of high quality and look exactly like their pictures so thank you!

I had an issue, more of a misunderstanding, with loyalty points and I reached out to them during black Friday which I know is the busiest time for the team yet they were quick to respond and answer my question. Jamie Kay’s customer service team is beyond excellent. The courier didn’t follow instructions to use a secure locker system in my building and I didn’t receive my package. The JK customer service team promptly filed a claim with the courier and resent my package. I really appreciate this level of service.

I have been shopping at Jamie Kay since 2019 and was a very regular customer for some time. In the last 1.5 years I stopped shopping as much as the company started to become fast fashion and the quality decreased while prices increased. However, I recently purchased a full-priced outfit for my son as it looked very cute. When it arrived, I was super excited to open it and see this on my son. Unfortunately I saw one item was a 6-12m instead of the size 8 that I ordered. It clearly glitched when added to the cart; there is no way I intentionally order a 6-12m size. This is a well-known glitch issue with the Jamie Kay website. I immediately wrote to customer service and asked to exchange. They were pretty abrupt and said they don't exchange for "error." They said I could get a store credit if I return at my own cost. There were other onerous and unusual requirements including specifying that I include a random number on the label (which is not an option to do - USPS cannot add this line) and that I would not receive the credit if this number was not on the label. I wrote the number in multiple places on the package so I will see what happens but this seems like a way to justify getting the item back without any compensation to the customer. To make matters worse, when I looked at the items I was SHOCKED at how poor the quality was. This was an outfit marketed to look like a fall/winter outfit but both the pants and the sweater were paper thin. The pants are actually see-through. The sweater was not soft and was extremely thin and nothing like the way Jamie Kay knits used to be. Extremely disappointing especially for the price. Both feel like they will fall apart in the wash. There is an option on the website to review the items so I have an accurate review of these items. I received an email to verify the reviews and I did that. However, the reviews were not published. The company clearly screened these out because they were one-star reviews. This is fraudulent and very disappointing from what once seemed to be a reasonably ethical company. I hope Jamie Kay will think more about how they treat customers and go back to the higher quality clothing they used to produce. A really disappointing experience.

I can’t fault Jamie Kay’s outstanding customer service.
I had a faulty item (the first time this has ever happened over many, many purchases from them over the years) and they responded within hours and sent a replacement straight away.
Thank you - I continue to be a very satisfied customer.

I have been purchasing jamie kay for years and love the products. I dropped the ball a bit this year and my birthday rewards had expired (60 days after issue). I contacted Jamie kay and they extended it for me, allowing me to use my $40 voucher.
They didn't have to do that as its clearly outlined in the T&C, but they did!
Such a friendly and compassionate team working for Jamie Kay!

We have ordered many items from Jamie Kay & I have continually been so pleased with the quality and style of each piece ! They seem to have wonderful quality control systems in place . I recently received a mystery bag order that was one size smaller than what I had placed . I sent an email and within 15 minutes had a response that they were so sorry & to keep the bag I had gotten & they had already placed an order for the correct size to be sent ! They said to keep the bag I had received accidentally , which I will be gifting to a friend . I have never had such kind and quick customer service ! We will be customers of Jamie Kay for life !
