J Coates (HGV Services) Ltd Opiniones

I’ve just passed my Class 1 (C+E) practical test and I can’t thank Liam enough for all his help and guidance this week, and to Simon who guided me through the 3A and Module 4 aspects last week.

This week, Liam was incredibly patient with me, even when I had my moments and got things wrong! His instructions were clear and his guidance was spot on, helping me understand where I needed to improve and giving me the confidence to put it all together on test day.

Both Liam and Simon were professional, supportive and genuinely wanted me to succeed over the course of the last 2 weeks.

I couldn’t have asked for better instructors to get me over the line across all aspects.

A massive thank you to both — I really appreciate all the time and effort you put in. Highly recommended!

I have just done my ADR course with them and simon the course instructor is very professional full of knowledge and makes you feel at ease highly recommended

Been in St Albans doing an ADR refresher course, considering the course is very information heavy I felt Simon the instructor taught the class well

Good week of training with Liam very informative and helpful. Passed with 1 fault after 1 week of training. Highly recommend.

Brilliant experience!
Thank you very much Simon for helping me pass on the first attempt!
All the very best for the future!!

Great experience from start to end, a big thank you to Simon my instructor for putting up with my mistakes 😂 but got it right when it mattered. Test passed, I would highly recommend j Coates for all your Hgv services/training. 😊👍

Chris was very knowledgeable and good at making everyone join in. Made the day go well thank you 👍😊

Fantastic trainer. Good knowledge and very engaging. Thank you 😊

A great day covering a very dry subject. Chris was knowledgeable, informative and made the course interesting with real time examples.

Chris was great, made the course more enjoyable rather than death by PowerPoint.
Will definitely come back 👍💯

I had a full week intensive with J Coates for my C + E license. The training and support i received from both the company my trainer was completely sublime. Liam was very professional and delivered top notch training, a genuine top bloke with a wealth of knowledge. I passed 1st time with only one driver fault. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my training experience with J Coats and would recommend them to people looking to gain a lorry license. Would like to thank Triston and Austin for my training, you guys were great. Looking forward to doing my hgv 1 with you guys as soon as possible.

ADR Training
My instructor Simon was excellent, any questions that you needed clarifying were swiftly dealt with and explained in detail.
5 stars from me

When passing my exams at this company, I asked about the possibility of signing up for the ADR course, but my questions were ignored and I still haven't received an answer It's a bit of a shame because the communication and service were very good until a certain point. I was surprised that communication suddenly became so limited. One lost customer for ADR. As for the C+E exam itself, it was okay, although I had to wait a month for a retake, which in my opinion was a long waiting period. Price for the course happy with that.

Had a great experience with J Coates!! Alec Steer helped me through everything leading up to it. Doing my driving days working with Ben was so helpful. He was very good at instructing and helped me to pass 1st time! Thank you to everyone there, would recommend to anyone getting C1 licenses :)

The service provided is a very high standard, friendly and welcoming staff. Would highly recommend this organisation.

I had a whole week with J Coates, Monday was my reversing with Ben and then 3 days with Chris followed with my test on the Friday. Ben was very professional and helped me nail the reversing, my three days on the road with Chris was very good, the first day he was relaxed and let me get a feel for the vehicle. The next two days he highlighted what I could improve and helped me to achieve that which resulted in me passing my test on the Friday. I would highly recommend J Coates as they have a great team and will help you achieve that pass at the end of it.

Go to the best, forget the others
The people at J Coates, treat you like your brothers
The instructor was fantastic, he taught me good
I passed first time, mission understood
C+E was the agenda, driving a big lorry
The confidence they gave, gave me the glory
Simon was his name, he drives a Jag
He told me Ross, you've got this in the bag
To Northampton each day, he drove the truck
Where I took over, he gave me luck
4 mornings were needed, to get it correct
For Simon I have, the utmost respect
Sitting at roundabouts, remembering to indicate,
Checking blind spots or he would tell me to vacate,
Go back I would, if I required
J Coates are a firm, that should be admired.
Thank you again, it was great
The smile on my face, I can't keep it straight
So when you want to pass your test
Call J Coates, They'll do the rest
