Avoid signing a contract with them
Avoid signing a contract with them. This jellyfish company is a bit like a fraudulent company .They are very bad company. They charge you a lot, they cut your electricity for a small amount. There is no notice to come to your shop your shop to cut off your electricity. Even when you pay off their debt, they change your debt and say you have to pay more if you want your electricity back. It is unreasonable and charged randomly. I advise everyone not to use this rubbish company. They are not cheaper than a big company.

It's a very garbage fraud company
It's a very bad company. It charges 300 pounds a month. What ever summer or winter.There is no notice to come to your shop to cut off your electricity, and you have to pay 1,000 pounds to reinstall it. It's unreasonable and charges randomly.I advise everyone not to use this garbage company, and it is not cheaper than a big company. Everyone should be cautious.This jellyfish company feels a bit like a fraudulent company.if you don’t pay they want money they will cut off you power.

Great company so far, recently signed up to Jellyfish and the whole thing was a very easy experience unlike switching in the past. Called in to speak to somebody and they were very useful and helped me out immediately.
