The engineer that came out was very pleasant to all the staff members that he spoke to. He was very knowledgable about the product he was dealing with and he explained what the problem was and what he had done to fix it.

When I had new equipment installed all my contracts were duplicated. No satisfaction re sorting out the account and had to cancel Direct Debit. Constantly chased for payments but no response to my queries

we are a care home with one machine, called today as the machine not working properly even though we do have a contract we were told no engineers at moment but if something comes up we are the first ones which doesnt help at all with a long Easter weekend coming up hope it gets sorted ASAP as a care home we use it all the time.

the machine is now working just needed re setting.

Excellent customer service the operator over the phone was very professional . After booking a breakdown JLA delivers exactly as promised with great attention to detail. Its engineers are Highly reliable.The only issue I have with JLA is that they sometimes conclude too quickly that an item is beyond economical repair, often based on previous call-out data or the number of parts already used. In my view, this could be managed better,either by avoiding unnecessary costs from the start or by continuing the repair process until the issue is fully resolved, rather than stopping midway after significant resources have already been spent.
It may also be worth considering cost-sharing options with customers for parts when a repair is still possible, instead of moving straight to replacement.Overall, I recommend JLA. They are very well organized and well resourced. Shazad, the Business Development Manager, personally reaches out to customers and strives to add value while ensuring clients get good value for money. This is especially worth mentioning, as I’ve noticed clear improvements in their approach, with faster and more effective responses.

We ran into an issue with our recently installed washing machine and auto-dosing system. Within 24hrs of calling the helpline, we had a great guy called Ryis Sigdeniz to our rescue! He managed to successfully identify the problem and get us back up and running in under 2hrs. Very grateful to all involed. Thank you.

The issue still remains unresolved. The job has been closed without a resolution and without any discussion. No one is "listening" to what we we saying and it feels like assumptions have been made without looking at the bigger picture. It is not clear why only one washing machine has neen affected by the power supply when we have 3 machines in constant use!
