Took 3 weeks to respond, asked what the problem was and said they would like to help me and then didn’t hear anything back, this was 3 weeks ago. Phoned today and asked why the solicitor just doesn’t seem bothered. The girl kept apologising and said someone will either phone you back as a matter of urgency or email you. Guess what? Nothing! Will be reporting these lot to the Ombudsman.
