I wouldn't recommend the practise to anyone as I didn't have good experience. Out of office is constantly on with solicitors on holidays all the time and answering emails weeks later. My case was dragging on for months, purely because they were more interested in their holidays than running the business!

A bunch of absolute fraudulent criminals. The SRA needs to act and wind this cowboy operation up.

They make threats which they know aren't true and rely on the legal ineptitude of the victim for their scam to work.

I will be writing to higher levels of government directly about this racket they are running in order to force the SRA to act and put an end to their scam. Once that cash cow has dried up this firm will gladly go under and it is in the wider public interest for this to happen sooner rather than later.

If any of you have fallen victim to their scam, please reach out. I am in the process of collating victim data in order to bring a class action lawsuit against them. Did you receive a Part 36 offer which in all fact was not a Part 36 offer? Did you pay them costs to which they weren't entitled. Please, in the first instance approach the SRA so a trend of their fraudulent behaviour can be identified.

Apalling sending out threatening and frightening letters to vulnerable people at Christmas time. Shocking threats of financial nature- anyone not understanding their rights or who is unaware of court proceedings would be frightened in to just paying huge sums of money. I my case I have resolved the issue with my tenant and the case has been stopped. Now the they want to charge their client for halting the case!!!!£2,000 . Be careful with this lot of robbers.

Previous reviews about lack of updates are very harsh. These things take time - months, not weeks. I found communication good and the end result extremely pleasing.

Started working with them in June. Very bad service, having constantly to chase for updates. Never a single email confirmation when you send them additional information about your case. They take ages to respond to emails and are also quite impolite on the phone.

Draft contract sent over had numerous errors and misspelt names. £215 an hour these fools are on and can't get the simple things right. Worlds run by monkeys
