So great!! Catapult are so flexible always there if you have a question it’s awaome

within a day of joining catapult I had loads of shifts the upcoming days I am so grateful to have you as my agency even if I didnt have shifts there was always a shift for me If I would ask for one

Sometimes the app is a bit slow and the notify me shifts are confusing with the rest

The reason why I put 2 stars is because one moment there will be loads of shifts then the next there won’t be any, I make my money through this agency but I have been now forced to try look for another job due to the lack of shifts I haven’t worked in months

I love how I gain different experience from different places such as working at a retail shop or stadium and these experience will help you in the future

I’ve had a great choice of employment to choose from with flexibility hours & places of employment are easy to find with public transport

So convenient and easy to use. Only downside is the 48 hour rule

Very flexible regarding hours, plenty of shifts to choose from and the management team is very helpful and quick to respond.

Catapult is such an improvement from my last agency. Good pay. Lots of different venues I kinda wished I was more available to check them out.

But
Too many text messages if there is an opt-out from the text that would be great. I would also appreciate the notice of the shift change would be great.

It’s excellently flexible. The app sometimes freaks out when you look for shifts too far in advance, employers should be reminded to favourite more often, but all in all, it’s an excellent concept, excellently executed

I've worked with Catapult for about a year and a half now, and I really appreciate just how flexible it all is. It's really convenient to be able to plan work around your life (if you can afford to), and at university it was an absolute God-send. Would recommend to students for sure.

Great company to work for, they operate exactly as advertised and treat their staff well. There are some nice incentives for working regularly and they pay well. Always paid on time

Overall excellent, and I would love to see this further developments:
- ability to filter by job role
- lots more of admin work
- moving to the EU eyes, us Europeans are already leaving - it would be nice to have an extra support when we move back to Europe) - it'd make Catapult the primary UK Company for gig economy in the EU, brining a rapid expansion and a more dynamic job market

It would be usuefull only to get shifts which suits morning/ evening availability

Working as a freelance designer this is perfect for what I need right now: earn some extra money when I have time and no stress or problems when I don’t. There are always a good selection of shifts in all the dories I have lived in.
