3 of my clients have all had a very bad experience with this agency. We certainly won’t be using them again. Very abrupt and unprofessional from the outset. Avoid at all costs.

In voller Vorfreude habe ich Online eine Mystery Box für Frauen für 29,99 € bestellt. Erhalten habe ich tatsächlich ein sehr großes Paket. Beim öffnen kam zuerst ein weiteres viel kleineres Paket zum Vorschein. Dort drin enthalten außer noch mehr Luft und Verpackungsmaterial:
1 Kartenspiel
3 Bleistifte
1 Schlüsselanhänger
1 Glückskeks

Ich schätze den realen Warenwert auf unter 10,00 €.
Zusammenfassend vielen Dank Catapult für die Abzocke und den zusätzlichen Müll der nun meine Tonnen füllt

I worked with them for a few shifts in summer of 2016. They were very impressed with me on the training day and all my employers were very happy with my work. One day I was sick over night and was unable to make my shift, I tried calling them at that 5am (when I woke up ill) because my shift was at 6.30am but obviously no one was in the office at the time and I also emailed them explaining the situation. But they didn't care, they removed me instantly. They lost i good worker, I didn't care about not working for them as I have many other agencies I work for. They way they handled me leaving was very unprofessional and wrong. AND 4 years on they are still yet to send me a P45 or remove me from their payroll so the tax office still think I work for them. I have tried contacting the tax office to tell them that I no longer work for catapult but it will not work until Catapult have officially removed me from their payroll. The head office staff are lazy and unprofessional. DO NOT SIGN UP TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

I worked with them for a year and they terminated me for being ill. Always turned up to all my shifts, on time and the stores I worked with would always request me to come back but I had one day sickness and they sacked me.

I think the concept is a very great idea. I have enjoyed working all my shifts as I got to experience the different systems they had. With the flexibility I feel I can do shifts leisurely.

Catapult is an excellent recruitment agency! Application process is pretty fast and smooth. You’ll receive weekly shifts plus you’ll get to work for large retail stores. You choose if you or don’t want to work them shift also have the option to cancel. The pay is great too.

Would highly recommend. Decent pay and I love how I can pick and choose when I work. Gives me a lot of freedom

Genuine platform which gives you a selection of shifts for you to pick and choose from, mostly retail ones. Easy to sign up, great for if you want shifts on the side. Only thing is if your area is popular, you have to check the app regularly to claim the shifts before other people do.

I’ve worked with Catapult for a while and its one of the best agencies I’ve worked with. Fast, easy and convenient for anyone looking for flexible work.

I Went to my onboarding session just for them to lose all proof of my right to work documents. When I emailed them they asked me to send a picture of my passport which sounds very unprofessional and frustrating as they provided no explanation for why they could not find my ready to work documents after I attended the onboarding session. Will not being working for them and I would suggest be careful before trusting this company.

I had the right to work review quickly after I registered and I started working soon after. Known shops available for shift.
