I have always visited the bedford branch from the minute i bought my cat and the staff their have been nothing but helpful and seem to have ALOT of knowledge on pets and diets etc. The booking system... Ver más
looking for a dog coat - assistant very pleasant and helpful. Tried several coats till we found the right one - most importantly really cared about my dog - kept chatting to him and stroking his ears

Inconvenient visit
My son has dog food on repeat order for delivery.
The money was taken on Monday last week, but no food arrived so I had to revel to the store to collect some (30+mile round trip) - as he has a fractured ankle and can't drive just now
