I brought myself a stunning sparkly Michael kors watch, and I’m very happy with it … it is very big for my wrist which tbh I was expecting but once a few links have been taken out I’ll finally be able to wear it and show it off…I also love the matching free bracelet that comes with it .

I ordered a nice silver watch on this site and within a few hours. I had a message on WhatsApp telling me that the item I ordered was out of stock.
They gave me a link to browse an alternative, to which I found a stunning Michael Kors silver watch.

Initially customer service was 2nd to none. Amazing. Had a little issue but was swiftly resolved and my mum was over the moon with her birthday present. But had another issue which there was a loop hole of course. Please carefully review before buying. Or you will be out of pocket.not happy ...

I was initially skeptical of the much lower prices compared to others on the market but after reading ample good reviews, and even how the not so good ones were resolved by Jonathan’s watches I decided to order.

They did not disappoint and were extremely helpful, I ordered this at 2pm on Wednesday and it arrived at 10am the next day in beautiful condition.

They were very responsive on WhatsApp when asking for the tracking information and overall it was a really stress free experience, and my husband has a lovely watch for Christmas.

1000% would recommend this company.

I had a profoundly disappointing experience with this company. I ordered an sitem that I was really looking forward to, but when my parcel finally arrived, it was damaged. To make matters worse, the item I ordered was missing.
I immediately contacted customer service, hoping for a resolution. However, their response was shockingly unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in my situation and offered no solutions or support. It felt as though my concerns were being brushed aside, and I was left feeling frustrated and ignored.
I expected a much higher level of customer service, especially given the circumstances. It’s disheartening when a company doesn’t take responsibility for their errors. I certainly won’t be shopping here again and would advise others to think twice before placing an order. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

Can’t fault the customer service and communication of this firm at all, they were very helpful and accommodating. I bought a watch for my sons birthday and I had had it for at least a month before hand, I knew when I gave him it it wasn’t the one he wanted so I got in touch with Jonathan’s watches to see if I could have an exchange. They were very helpful willing to do so. Very easy and not stressful at all, and they kept I touch all the way. Thank you so much for making my son smile. My watch broke and they replaced it for free only had to pay for delivery, came within a few days just had to contact via whatsapp, very good

Worst customer experience ever!
They don’t provide a link when the product it s shipped to be able to follow the delivery and if I asked where is the product they sent me a picture like a proof of delivery but in front of another house! Not able to get in touch at all!

Happy with the watch but it didn’t even come with a working battery. Now it will cost more to get a battery fitted.
