Vitamix blender

After I rang them to ask for the tracking number, as I had not received it, they assured me it would be delivered from 1:33 to 2:33, only for it not to be delivered. When I rang around 4, they said that they didn’t have it in stock.

Absolutely not reliable. If you need things urgently, they are not it; look elsewhere

It’s was during my call with your colleague that i was told the delivery slot, she went to great deal to lie, when i asked her as to why i never received a tracking number her reply was that i gave the wrong number .
In future it’s a good idea to let clients know that you don’t hold stock at all and everything gets sent by the manufacturer, you collect the money and then place the order with the manufacturer

I am very sorry for your disappointment. I have investigated further into your issue and can see in the notes on your order that one of my colleague's tried calling you to inform you of the short delay in receiving your order because, it is our company policy that we will notify all customers who have ordered with our free next working day delivery if we are unable to deliver the item the next working day. Hence, we would not have provided you with delivery time frame of 1:33-2:33pm because, there was no tracking number assigned to your order. I can only assume that you received this one hour delivery window for a parcel that you have ordered from elsewhere. Since your call, I can see that your order has been cancelled and the full refund issued. Once again, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused to you and that my colleague was unable to get through to you to inform you of the short delay in dispatch of your order.

Thank you for updating your review. There would be no reason for my colleague in the Sales team to provide you with a false time frame or to lie if your order had not been dispatched. You were advised on the call, that your order had not been dispatched and that we did try contact you to inform you of the delay. The item that you purchased, we do indeed keep regular stock. Unfortunately, the suppliers ran out of stock and were unable to fulfil our order in time which resulted in a delay in dispatch of your order.

Ill state first that the one star complaints seem to based on not reading instructions, following guidelines or performing requirements for service and just moaning....because thats what people like to do.

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this company, I ordered a blender, it was promptly dispatched and arrived by DPD.

An accessory was missing from the box, this however is nothing to do with the supplier and is the fault of the manufacturers packing mistake.

I promptly contacted juicers.co.uk and had a very quick and polite response, i followed their instructions and the manufacturer has been contacted who will no doubt send the missing accessory.

nothing but exemplary service and I will certainly be purchasing other products here.

Quick update, very prompt response and my replacement part is on the way, no fuss, no bother.

Disappointing Customer Support and Warranty Experience

I’m updating my review following the company’s recent reply to my case. Unfortunately, my disappointment has only grown.

In their response, they again stressed “juice ingression” as the likely cause of the issue — even though they never inspected the unit. This has been their position from the beginning: repeating that juice ingression isn’t covered under warranty, rather than genuinely offering help. While they technically offered to inspect the unit, their messages were full of warnings that any finding of juice ingression would automatically void warranty support. This constant emphasis discouraged me from believing they'd handle it fairly.

I had already taken initiative to replace the bearings myself, but the loud noise remained — clearly coming from the motor. I briefly opened the machine to look inside, not to repair it, but just to understand what was going on after exhausting other options. There were no signs of juice leakage. Yet, they used this against me to void the warranty completely.

They also incorrectly stated the machine was “almost 5 years old” — it was just over 4. And despite using the juicer exactly as instructed in the manual, they blamed me for overfeeding without any real proof.

This experience has left me feeling misled, unsupported, and blamed for a fault I strongly believe was not due to misuse. I no longer trust this company’s customer service or warranty process and would not recommend them based on how they handled this situation.

I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I have checked your order details and can see that you purchased your juicer in May 2020. Unfortunately, overtime with regular use, it is very easy to overfeed the juicer without realising because, the rate at which the juicer is fed will not be the same rate at which the juicer can process the produce and considering the lifespan of your juicer being close to 5 years old, there is a strong possibility that the change in the sound of the juicer which is the issue you are facing with the juicer has occurred due to juice ingression into the motor. We always like to be honest with customers upfront so that they are aware that if following inspection at the Service Department, it was confirmed that the cause of the issue was due to juice ingression, then this would not be covered under warranty. However, the Support team did offer for you to send the juicer to the Service Department for inspection and testing to confirm the fault and the findings would have been reported back to you. Ofcourse, if the issue with the motor was not due to juice ingression, then the Service Department would advise accordingly and advise the next steps forward to resolve the issue under warranty.

In regards to opening the motor, unfortunately, this can make the warranty void because, the machine should only really be opened by a authorised and specialist technician. Hence, whilst I appreciate that you have advised that you used the juicer according to the manufacturers guidance, with our experience of selling juicers, such an issue almost 5 years post purchase is normally due to juice ingression which is why we like to inform our customers upfront.

Not good customer service

Over the years I bought 2 juicers and 2 dehydrators from this company. But I'm not happy with my last juicer purchase. The juicer is very loud in compare to my previous one and the pulp is wet. I was asked to provide video and upload it to some link but I do not have time. If the company does not believe me that this juicer is either faulty or just not very good, that is not good service to me. I would be happy to purchase another juicer but will go elsewhere.
The seller provided link, I uploaded video and they said day later when the link expired that I need some other link to give them. They make it difficult to get anywhere. If they do not believe me that the product is not good quality and possibly faulty, I'm not spending more time to prove it. That shouldn't be a thing.

I am sorry that you are dissatisfied. I have read through your email correspondence with our support team and in the first instance, they ask for a short video to highlight the issue. You can send the video as a link through wetransfer.com which is free to use. This is to allow them to troubleshoot and also, to detect any fault with the juicer. This is also, to avoid the customer any inconvenience of having to package a product and return it if there is no fault with the juicer which can be avoided through remote trouble shooting by the support team. Hence, whilst I appreciate that you were not happy to provide a short video, it is to try and assist you. Please do continue you communicating with the support team as they are there to help with post purchase issues and are quite prompt in replying to emails.

Classy, caring company

I placed my order with Juicers.co.uk at approximately 14:45 and had the items in my hand at 14:00.
How good is that.
Also, about 15 minutes after placing my order a polite young gentleman telephoned me to explain that after checking the damaged box of an item I had ordered, it was noticed that the item inside had also been damaged, and would I be happy continuing with my order or would I like a refund.
I told him I would still want the other (main) items and would be perfectly happy with a partial refund.
I thought this was a classy touch, as most companies just send an email.
As mentioned above, the main items were immediately packed and prepared for despatch, and my PayPal refund was processed as quick as it can be done (I really dislike having to badger companies for refunds).
All in all, a great business that clearly cares for its customers, and I really couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent customer service

We absolutely love our soft serve ice cream maker but after just a couple of uses there was a problem with the lid. I got in touch with Juicers.co.uk and after I explained the problem they arranged for a replacement lid to be sent to us. Excellent customer service! Thank you so very much for resolving our issue so swiftly.

I have read through the email correspondence with our support team and can confirm that the Manufacturer have been in contact with you to arrange collection of the faulty item and a full refund to be issued to you. In the interim, as you have submitted a Paypal chargeback, we have also responded to the case advising a full refund to be issued upon return of the item. Hence, I have to advise that you have provided false information that we are refusing to refund you as that is not the case at all.

KitchenAid 5KSMVSA Slicer & Shredder Attachment

Arrived Promply. Shedder is great, its an upgrade from the old kitchen aid shredder as we lost a part which couldnt be replaced. Must better than the older model and on offer so much cheaper than buying from Kitchen aid who were also less than helpful on replacing spare parts. Would highly recommend both shredder and juicers.co.uk

Fast delivery (Ankarsrum Mixer)

I bought an Ankarsrum mixer on Wednesday at midday. It was delivered on Thursday morning (less than 1 day delivery which I was really impressed with). The delivery provider they used was careful with the package. I also received a bonus Ankarsrum bowl worth £99, no other competitors were offering this. Would definitely buy from them again. :)
