The delivery was fast an efficient. the only aside is the packaging was difficult the get mixer box out of the outer box. maybe add holes handles to the box

Got a blender cheeper then I would have if I got it from Amazon and delivery was quick. Only thing that bothered me was that I didn't get the tracking number but it wasn't that much of an issue since it arrived in 2-3 days.

Great service and excellent prices. I live in the Netherlands and used to buy a lot of goods from the UK mainly due to price and quick delivery. Brexit stopped that. But I could not believe when I searched for the item I bought that it was around 80 euros cheaper and eithe great delivery cost or in my case free. Have recommended juicers.ie to all my friends

the customer service was friendly on the phone. My paypal payment refunded the day after because I ordered a blender by mistake.

Quick delivery, exactly what was ordered. The machine is heavy and loud, but that's to be expected for a small freezer. The icecream is good and creamy, and making ~700mL seems to work out for a slightly smaller batch that just about comes to the height of the paddle.

I am very disappointed with Juicers.ie.
I ordered spared parts for my juicer, and they never arrived. I got an email to say they were shipped in early may, I waited and waited but they never arrived, in June i contacted them. I was told they were delivered by Fastway. I told them I never recieved them, and asked for proof of delivery. they told me it was too long since the order had been dispatched, so were unable to provide proof of delivery, and that is it effectively. I am really shocked at the poor customer service here. This is not an irish company, and has very little in the way of customer service, with only responses by email.
I would not purchase from them again, buyer beware!

I ordered a Vitamix A2500i after a lot of thinking about it and I am really glad I decided to go for it. Not a lot of places in the EU to buy Vitamix products so I bought it from Juicers.ie. I chose the expedited shipping and I got my blender in 2 days delivered on Saturday. So far so good. Thank you for the speedy and pain free delivery!
