Agreed value for campervan
Two years in a row they have totally messed up the agreed value on my camper. Even when we sent a cheque with the photos and documentation recorded delivery they said they hadn’t received the payment .

Cancelled my policy in April as sold…
Cancelled my policy in April as sold vehicle.
August comes round and first thing I see is money taken from my account followed by an email saying I've renewed my policy.
Phoned them up and was told a message was sent to the portal. Why would I check the portal when I cancelled the insurance.
No renewal invite. Just taken the money and 2 days later. Still waiting for my money back.
