I had a problem with the renewal…
I had a problem with the renewal premium payment which was due to a expired credit card. I made a single call to Just Kampers & the issue was very quickly resolved. The call I made resulted in me actually speaking to a real person which is virtually unheard of these days with many companies choosing to opt for automation over direct human contact. This direct contact with one of your team was much appreciated by me at my end as the contact I experienced was extremely effective & resulted in a speedy resolution. Great service, many thanks to Just Kampers & their team.

Easy to buy and good price but the follow up customer service leaves something to be desired. Far too many messages, some contradictory and all too late in the day to be helpful. I hope I never have to make a claim.
