Great customer service, slightly lower refunds
Edited: this company provides extremely cheap insurance quotes compared to other providers, however the refund cost should you need to cancel is quite low once they’ve deducted the commission, fees etc.. That said, I spoke to a manager on the phone regarding some concerns I’d had and she was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, very communicative and went above and beyond to sort me out a compensation payment for some of the confusion caused by the cancellation process. I would say be wary if you’re hoping for a decent refund when you cancel, but other than that, I can’t really fault the customer service.
