Ordering was quick and easy although I wasn't impressed that I didn't have the option of not paying to have my shipment tracked. The goods arrived in a timely manner and were as advertised.

Es wird bei mir zwischen 1 und 60 Cent ausbezahlt, egal ob ich das Limit erreicht habe oder nicht. Wie Just Play das berechnet weiß ich nicht. Ich nehme an, je mehr spielen, desto weniger wird berechnet. Manchmal bugt das Spiel. Es ist aber immer noch das einzige Spiel dass ich kenne, bei dem man am schnellsten Weg zwischen 3 und 10 Euro in der Woche verdienen kann und ich habe schon insgesamt 7 Cash Games probiert.

1st order - No email confirmation. Chased twice but never sent. Then chased my item a week later and was told it was out of stock even though the website showed it was in stock. 3 weeks later the wrong item arrived. I emailed to sort and they tried to say i was the one confused and then finally admitted the wrong image was on their website and couldnt care less. Use a more reliable comapny such as Battleground Gaming UK in Birmingham.

Ordered a OOP Warhammer boxset stating Tracked 2 day delivery service, had to contact them a week later only to be told they had no idea where the parcel was. On asking for the tracking number they could not provide it.
I have never heard of Royal Mail tracked service or any other that does not provide a tracking number. When pressed of this they said they didnt know why they didnt have a tracking number.
Item is no longer available with them or any other retailer so can not get the one Warhammer item my wee lad asked for for Christmas thanks to Just Play Games.
I believe they were playing games as in the item was never sent, and possibly sold else where at the higher rate now being charged by scalpers.
They said if the item was returned to them they would let me know, another week later and nothing. The chances of Royal Mail loosing a tracked item, and shipping without providing a tracking number for it never to appear again with the end address or shipping address is simply not believable to me.
While I did recieve a refund I would have obviously preferred to get the item I paid for, or at the very least be told there was an issue rather than me having to chase them and get a response of basically I dont know how your item got lost or if it even shipped as we have no tracking details for tracked mail.
At best incompetent, at worst......
