Ordered a OOP Warhammer boxset stating Tracked 2 day delivery service, had to contact them a week later only to be told they had no idea where the parcel was. On asking for the tracking number they could not provide it.
I have never heard of Royal Mail tracked service or any other that does not provide a tracking number. When pressed of this they said they didnt know why they didnt have a tracking number.
Item is no longer available with them or any other retailer so can not get the one Warhammer item my wee lad asked for for Christmas thanks to Just Play Games.
I believe they were playing games as in the item was never sent, and possibly sold else where at the higher rate now being charged by scalpers.
They said if the item was returned to them they would let me know, another week later and nothing. The chances of Royal Mail loosing a tracked item, and shipping without providing a tracking number for it never to appear again with the end address or shipping address is simply not believable to me.
While I did recieve a refund I would have obviously preferred to get the item I paid for, or at the very least be told there was an issue rather than me having to chase them and get a response of basically I dont know how your item got lost or if it even shipped as we have no tracking details for tracked mail.
At best incompetent, at worst......

JustPlay ist Betrug da zwar Cent Beträge ausbezahlt werden aber keine großen. Ich habe 2mal über 300.000 Punkte erspielt, aber zum Auszahlzeitpunkt verschwand die Punktzahl und es erschien ein Betrag von 0,44 Euro.
Ich wollte es aufzeichnen, aber die Aufnahmefunktion wurde von der App blockiert.
Also Finger weg 🙂

Justplay always has what you need whether it be paints or anything tabletop, they have it.

It's a scam. Apart from below par games and very slow earnings, when it comes to withdrawal the app stops working.

Offer a rewards program for reffer a friend then dont honour after getting facebook likes twitter promotion etc. Entice positive feedback to a level where points cant be redeemed then d0nt come through on those that can. Multiple emails sent 1st response was spend nore to get more, next email on the referral rewards was ignored. Will purchase 40k from a store that actually provides rewards advertised rather than one that a bait and switch.

The app is legit and pays every 3 hours. The things is the more you play the less you earn. It pays every 3 hours,but it pays like 7 cents, 2 cents, 9 cents. You can cash out at 2€ and that takes a lot of time.

App ASSOLUTAMENTE inutile😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Ore e ore a perderti sullo schermo tra giochi, giochini e giochetti stupidi (anche un bambino ci riuscirebbe!!!).
Ti costringono a scaricare App su App xchè secondo loro saranno poi fonte di guadagno.
Alla fine smetti di giocare, un po' xchè ti sei seccato e poi xchè le ore non bastano mai x un incasso che sai a priori sarà inesistente.
L'indomani ti arriva una mail con un Incasso da valutare (0,03!!!!).
E solo in quel momento formuli che sapevi fossero solo caxxate. Allora togli App dalla schermata e tutte le altre con quei giochetti assurdi.
