Als ich mit dem Spiel begonnen habe, konnte man sich noch Geld auf Paypal auszahlen lassen. War ja auch große Ankündigung in der Werbung. Beim 2. Mal auszahlen ist kein Paypal mehr vorhanden und man soll spenden. Sorry, ich brauche das Geld selber, sonst würde ich ja nicht spielen. Also wo ist bitte PAYPAL?????????????

Played games up to required levels they refused to pay. ITS A SCAM SPENT HOURS PLAYING, IM DISABLED AND TRYING TO EARN A LITTLE BIT EXTRA, TILE GAME WENT FROM KEVEL 250 TO 500 THEY REFUSED TO PAY ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

TLDR: Took 8 months to deliver 2 small in-stock items.

I ordered several items on the 1st July 2022 which all showed on their website as in stock. They were needed for a convention the following weekend. On the 5th July I contacted them by phone to find out where my order was, as I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. They said some of the items weren't in stock. They proceeded to cancel and refund part of the order which wasn't in stock. The rest of the order was supposed to be shipped out. It didn't get sent in time for the convention; in fact it didn't get shipped until 27th Feb 2023 - nearly 8 months later. Not a word of an apology or explanation.

Tried to buy some specialist (necromunda) dice online, turned out they were out of stock, but after a short email conversation was given sope options for available alternatives. As these are non stock item but ordered in from Games Workshop the delivery time is slower. But as I was in no rush this was all fine. Arrived and are exactly as ordered.

Ordered new pre-order GW Battletome and model late Thurday.....sent Friday....arrived Saturday. Perfect service.
