Avoid this company !. Their customer service is non existent. They were advertising at the start of December with Christmas delivery. I ordered at the start of December for Christmas delivery, Now I understand that there are a lot of industrial disputes in the UK, but I have since found out this is NOT dispatched from the UK, so that is not the reason for the delay. When you check your order you get a tracking order number which does not exist. I have emailed them twice and not received a reply to either. I have accepted that I might never see this. All I would say is if you are ever going to order from an unknown seller, always check on this site first. If I had, I would never have ordered from them

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je vous écris concernant une commande passée le 07 décembre , toujours la même réponse en retour : mail envoyé en dehors des heures d'ouverture....
J'ai payé immédiatement et je n'ai toujours rien reçu à ce jour.
Auriez-vous l'amabilité de répondre au mail que je vous envoie, ou je serai forcée de porter plainte contre vous et votre façon d'agir arnaqueuse.
De plus votre soit disant service client est injoignable par téléphone.

J’ai mis une étoile car on ne peut pas mettre moins. Attention, site à fuir. Commande passée le 30 novembre avec le «  dépassement de file ». Après avoir reçu la confirmation de commande et la facture le jour même, plus de nouvelles. J’ai tenté de joindre le site par téléphone par mail par messenger, par tchatt et en envoyant un message via le site. Rien ne fonctionne ´. J’ai reçu 2 messages me disant qu’ils répondent dans les 72 heures et d’autres messages me disant que j’ai écrit en dehors des heures d’ouverture, mais aucune vraie réponse.
Si certains veulent saisir le tribunal et mutualiser les frais, je suis partante. Comment peut-on se contacter ?

J’ai commandé une tasse afin de l’offrir à ma mère le jour de Noël et je l’ai reçu complètement cassée…
J’ai donc tenté de contacter Kadonimo plus d’une fois (2 mails et 1 appel) et rien.
Le numéro indique qu’il est non attribué quand on tente de les contacter. Et je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à mes mails.
J’ai voulu commander car j’avais reçu une de leurs tasses à mon anniversaire et j’en avais été très satisfaite. Visiblement, il semble que ce soit un site « frauduleux ». Ils envoient les commandes mais il n’existe pas de réel service après-vente.
Je suis vraiment déçue. Il a déjà fallu 3 mois à la tasse pour arriver, maintenant qu’elle arrive, elle arrive cassée.
Site à bannir. Ne vous faites pas avoir.

Aucunes nouvelles de la commande après 6 semaines, SAV injoignable, cela confirme tous les autres commentaires, à fuir!!!

Do not use this company, ordered a personalised mug and what should have been delivered in a matter of days took 6 weeks. Customer service is none existing, tried numerous times to contact them and no reply. Requested a refund, no reply. Item was delivered and was nothing like what I ordered. Cheap and nasty product. Do not use this company!

After seeing so many reviews online about the company being a scam and people not receiving their goods, I was going to ring my bank to report as a scam. I saw some reviews saying that it wasnt a scam, so i kept tracking my parcel, and emailed the company, and again i wondered if it was legit. I just wanted to let those know who are waiting that it isnt a scam...it just takes forever to get your parcel. I ordered from UK on 29th October, and it has just arrived today 09/12/22. Quality of the product is fine, so if you are prepared to order in plenty of time then it is eventually worth it! I wanted to let others know that were probably worrying like me!

Comme beaucoup je me suis rendu compte trop tard de l'arnaque, voilà toujours plus d'un mois et toujours rien !
Des échanges avec une certaines Nadia malgré tout, qui promet mont et merveilles mais aucun remboursement. Et toujours aucun traitement de ma commande.

They are a total scam. keep sending me an email in French. I ordered this product over 7 months ago. now have to go back and find the CC and try and get a refund. don't waste your time.

Je suis très déçu car j'ai passé une commande en juillet et depuis aucune nouvelle par contre l'argent a été encaissé très rapidement alors que tout s'était bien passé il y a un plus d'un an lors d'une autre commande !!
J'aimerai au moins être remboursé car c'est un cadeau que j'avais prévu pour mes filles née en août je suis dégoûtée

I purchased a dog doormat back in February of this year (2022) as a gift. I never received the doormat. This company claimed that the doormat was delivered; however, I never got it. When I asked for a refund, they told me they don’t offer refunds, but that they would send me out another doormat. I was happy to hear that another doormat would be sent out to me. Here we are in October, and still no doormat!! When I try and reach out to customer service, they no longer respond to my emails. I spent $50 on a doormat that I never received. Also when I try to search my order number on the Kadonimo website, it comes up with “order not found”. My guess is that the order was placed so long ago, and since I’ve never received it, this company has washed their hands of it. I am very unhappy with this situation and find it unethical that a company would do business this way. I will never purchase anything from them again!

Order placed on 27 August, in status "In Transit To Next Facility" since 31 August.
This is a scam, do not purchase from them.

4 MONTHS LATER - NO GOODS - NO REFUND AND NO CORRESPONDENCES - IF YOU HAVE SPARE MONEY - DONT GIVE IT TO KADONIMO - GIVE IT TO CHARITY - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.....

Why do kadomino keep asking me to complete a customer service survey - this is an absolute disgrace.

I spent alot of money with Kadomino and have received nothing - they sent me tracking numbers - contacted Yuntrack and the tracking numbers do not exist? - this is an absolute disregard - if you have money to spare give it to a charity rather than Kadomino

Ne commander pas, j’ai passée une commande le 31 août, dernière nouvelle le 19 septembre et depuis ne réponds pas aux mails et le numéro de téléphone n’est plus valable. ATTENTION à l’arnaque.

If there was a zero star. I would have given that. A scam company and I never got the rug (45USD) or my money back. Search ‘kadonimo scam’ and you’ll find out for yourself.
I’m kicking myself for falling for this scam. Save yourself the heartache and your hard earn money.

Like all the other reviewers, I ordered, paid, received nothing, and no response from customer service.

I ordered a door mat back in March I have sent them
many emails asking about my mat, I get a reply saying "we are a small business and will back to you as soon as we can, I asked for my money back after 3 months and they told me they could not give me my money back because the product has already been made. So after another month I emailed them again and said" If the mat is already made then why haven't I received it?" Here it is October 28th and I have not heard from them or have I received my mat. my next step will be to the BBB. THIS IS MOST DEFINFTELY A SCAM
