Ordered in Nov. canceled in Dec. because of delivery lies. Reversed transaction with credit card company. Moved to a different town. Now they sent email with tracking number saying on the way. Checked it credit card company no charges. Ran tracking number no tracking found. But they are sending to my new address. How did they get my new address?

This company is a complete scam. Stay away. You have been warned.

Total scammers, ordered in March 22 and i am still without my order July 26 2022, got nothing but excuses, I will never order again and I have told everyone I know to spread the word ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Impossible de les avoir par téléphone, le numéro n'est pas juste !! je ne sais plus quoi faire sinon alerter les consommateurs de ne surtout pas passer de commande sur ce site !! Honteux !!!!

What a total scam. Bought a door mat in Feb 2022. This is July 2022 and still no mat. Have left plenty of messages and keep getting back the same response. A bunch of thieves. ORDER #KAD36010US

Ordered from them In March 22 still waiting for my order have been given many excuses as to why it has not been delivered won’t refund me my money so obviously will not deal with again should be shut down DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them any good reviews are probably FAKE so you have BEEN WARNED they are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with 0 stars would be appropriate in this case

Yet another week passes and not so much as a blip from you..... now 5 months into this purchase and not so much as an offer of a refund or any expected delivery date. .... you are a joke... and judging by the reviews you are receiving many people think so too.... I will continue to write these reviews until such time as you refund my money or supply the goods ordered.

Scammers. They do not deliver. They ignore refund requests.

And that is one star to many !! Another week goes by another week with no further contact from this company.. I notice their trust pilot rating has gone to 86% bad. I wonder why?
When is the law going to catch up with these people looking at the reviews they have scammed a lot of people out of a lot of money.

Stole my money, never sent the product. Just like all the other reviews here, this is a full-scum scam.

Is there anything that we can do about this? Will our banks reimburse us? Can we sue Instagram for putting this Ads in our feeds? Do we contact RCMP?

Made purchase KAD31753US Feb 2022 One day later a notice "ordered" was received. March and April no further notice was published other than everything was just a little slow because of the covid 19. May and June than all is normal. Tried to contact today July 1, 2022. Email attempts were rejected and phone calls not completed. Purchased wall piece and everything has just disappeared. KAD31753US

One star is to much for this company. They need to stop operating as they are not delivering orders as promised, and needs looked into via trading standards as I have been waiting on my order since December to no avail, the tracking number does not even work and they keep making fake promises but item never arrives. Please think before purchasing from this company. 🙁🙁🙁

Negative star is more fitting. 6 months and no mat, just BS about delays in shipping etc. Order #KAD35684US. The DMV does a better job than these con clowns.

Ok,. I made my order on March 8th, by the 18th March it was in packing...(great)... and there it sits for ever more. I get the normal

Just a note to let everyone know me and a few others are starting a class action lawsuits against kadonimo.

I not saying they are in financial troubles, but we are getting our product or our money back before it runs out.

Do not order from kadonimo. I have ordered a mat in March. Still not received it. I have emailed numerous times and had excuse after excuse. I have asked for refund and get no response. Please do not waste your money. They are scammers.
