Ordered a door mat and custom key chain in April for a friend's birthday in May. Received the doormat (very thin and poor quality) in July with no keychain. Have been emailing back and forth since July trying to get my keychain ($30). It is an automated reply in French. I finally received an email saying (in French) that it would be mailed soon. My last email around Sept. 1, I requested a refund. Now, almost to October, still no keychain and they have stopped replying to my emails. I have yet to find a phone number for them. Terrible company with cheap products. DO NOT USE.

purchased item which never came and customer service would respond but never investigate or do anything about it. I contacted them many times in the last months. clearly they are just crooks

TERRIBLE COMPANY NEVER RECEIVED ORDER REFUSE TO REFUND MONEY. I placed my order over two months ago and never received it. Despite multiple requests for a refund, was told it was not possible because it was a "custom order". The company no longer responds to emails and every attempt says it's "outside business hours". This is the WORST COMPANY EVER and is not legit.

I placed an order on June 2nd and there is no news after 3 months, it is definitely a scam, there is no customer service, and I have asked several times to cancel my order # KAD3326611IT and the money back but they never reply and when they do are absolutely vague emails without any details of what they are doing, absolutely to be avoided they are starting to come out even newspaper articles about it

Terrible service. I ordered a customised doormat back in May 2022. It is now August 2022 and still no sign of delivery.

I logged onto their system and it says it is still 'in production.'

After contacting their terrible customer support, I was offered 'money off my next purchase' instead of a refund.

Very unhappy. Save your money and go elsewhere. Do not trust these thieves.

RECENT UPDATE: Am no longer getting any response from this "company" at all. I have lost my money and gift that was to be sent 5 months ago. This company is a total sham and should be avoided. I wonder who in the world is rating this "company" with 5 stars!!??? Must be the scammers themselves.

UPDATE: RECEIVED NOTICE THAT MY ITEM SHIPPED 1 MONTH AGO. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! WENT TO THEIR WEBSITE AND PLUGGED IN THEIR TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED ME...IT DID NOT EXIST!! PLUGGED IN THE ORDER NUMBER AND IT INDICATED THAT IT WAS STILL BEING PROCESSED! TOTAL SCAM.

I, like many others, am in my 5th month of waiting for my one door mat to be delivered. Apparently it is on a slow boat from China!? They offer the same excuse of backlogs, shipping delays, etc. They cannot offer me a solid explanation of where my product is or when/if I will ever receive it. Will not refund my money.

They are thieves! Ordered product March 9th, 2022 and still have not received it. It is now August 9th, 2022. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Their customer service is useless! They will not refund your money!

Depuis décembre 2021, par de très nombreux messages et mails, nous avons insisté pour un remboursement, mais Kadonimo a décidé d'ignorer nos requêtes.

Nous allons les poursuivre en justice, afin de faire retirer leur publicité, qui ne fait que piéger les nouveaux clients. Ces derniers ne se doutent pas de l'arnaque, car Kadonimo cache les avis négatifs sur leur site et sur leur page Facebook.

Néanmoins, le coût de la procédure est ce qu'il est. C'est pourquoi, nous proposons à quiconque intéressé, de participer à cette procédure, de manière équitable, afin de récupérer collectivement ce qui nous est dû. Chaque participant récupérera ce qui lui est dû.

Never received my complete order. Only got my doormats, but not my mugs or socks arrived. Disputed with American Express. Order was placed in May and it’s now August…

Bought a door mat in November and still waiting for my product. Every time I send an email I get the same form letter as a response. They are a rip off and need to be shut down.

Je suis d'autant plus énervée que j'avais fait une commande il y a deux ans qui s'était bien passé . J'ai demandé le remboursement mais pas de nouvelles , le service client ne répond pas .

Don't buy anything from this scam! I foolishly ordered two mats and they stole my money! I ordered in March and they lie every email saying they are looking for tracking! Stay away!

Ayant passé commande le 30 mars m, à ce jour je n'ai rien reçu.. après maintes conversation avec le service client qui me sort des bobards comme quoi c'est juste le suivi sur site qui serait pas fonctionnel (3 semaine après toujours rien ) pour me faire patienter et pour pas me rembourser, mon dernier mail est restés sans réponse quand j'ai sorti la loi sur le remboursement internet. Bref ne perdez pas votre argent avec un site frauduleux et un service client qui ne cherche même pas à vous aider.

This company is a total scam I ordered a mat back in March of 22 never got it and they aren’t responding to my emails…

Ordered April never got confirmation or tracking number. Scam and terrible customer service

I hesitate to give it even 1 star. I was scammed by this company and never got my order. Ordered a product earlier in the year and never received it. Now they have stopped even answering my emails. When I put my order number in it says order not found.
I guess there is a lesson here.
