Site frauduleux. Tapis commandé et payé le 04 mars dernier, toujours pas reçu ce jour. Nombreux mails échangés pour demander ou en était la commande et par la suite le remboursement. Réponses provenant sans doute d'un robot. Dossier transmis au Service des fraudes européenne ( Belgique) . À suivre

Je les ai simplement relancé plusieurs fois, on me répète en boucle que ma réclamation est transmise au service concerné et jamais aucun retour!! Je leur demande de me rembourser, ils me disent que c'est impossible car le collier est prêt, et quand je demande a ce qu'il soit expédié, c'est impossible car il n'est pas prêt !! GROSSE FRAUDE , J'AI CONTACTER LE SERVICE CONSOMMATEUR.

Commande effectuée fin février,pas de livraison, plus de nouvelle.Nous sommes en juin,comme beaucoup je me suis fait avoir .je ne comprends pas que l’on laisse des personnes vendre sur le net ou plutôt voler les internautes c’est une honte

I just want to know what is happening with my order, sent out multiple emails but nobody reply ..I ordered gift for my husband 60th on 11th of April i thought is gonna be special gift as our dog has passed on February this year and I have not receive anything. This is soo ridiculous. Very poor company management, in another way is a Scam !!!How could people be so heartless .

I would give it -5 stars if I could. Ordered a dog door mat in February 2022 and it’s now the end of May and I still haven’t received anything. I been emailing customer service and they keep coming back with stupid excuses. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they keep saying they can’t because the order is in process already. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Ce sont des bandits. Commande (tapis) vers mi février, 36,95€ encaissés le 19 février. Puis, plus rien. Relances, délais flous. Fin mars annulation de la commande. Après plusieurs semaines accord de remboursement SOI-DISANT effectué par virement le 21 avril. Plus d'un mois après, virement toujours pas arrivé, alors qu'il faut entre 1 et 4 jours. Ce sont des voyous. Passez votre chemin.

I ordered a mat March 10th, their website says it takes ten business days to receive this type of item in the US, on the 11th business day it still hasn't even shipped so I contacted customer service. They apologized and the next day I got an email it had shipped. It is now May 22nd and it's status hasn't changed, a shipping label was created and that was the end of it. Over the course of the last month I have been trying in vain to get a refund and they simply refuse with all sorts of excuses, most that make zero sense or contradict another excuse. I have no other option than to contact my bank at this point and hope that there is something they can do to get my money back from these theives that took my money and have given me nothing but excuses, lies and frustration. I can't imagine any positive reviews of this company being from real people who have actually received a product.

Total scam artists. Been waiting 4 months. American Express will make it right. Do not order from these scammers.

Ça ne vaut même pas une étoile. Commande passée il y a 2 mois et demi rien reçu et réponses plus qu évasives du service clientèle. Aucune réactivité réponses automatisées pas de remboursement.... Bref à fuir absolument

Very disappointing. Ordered as a gift March 3, 2022. I began a series of emails asking about delivery. Slow responses back to me with more and more excuses. Asked for a refund 3 times. Still more excuses. As of May 10, 2022, still nothing. Facebook should remove them.

This company is a complete fake. NEVER order anything from them. They should be banned from FACEBOOK and their mangers should be convicted of consumer fraud.

This company is a total scam and Facebook should remove them from their website! Ordered product and never received order and have been given total run-around. Mastercard has their info and is going to conduct fraud investigation.

Ordered a doormat on March 4th and was promised 10 business days and never got the item. I emailed couple of times and was given a fake tracking number and I still seeing that order did not even get shipped. Total scam. I gave one star for the lack of other option lower.

This company doesnt even deserve 1 star. They are a total scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought on 2/12/22, was supposed to received item in 10 business days, and I never received. I emailed them and gave me a BS reply. A month later, gave me a fake tracking number. a few weeks later, told me it's been shipped, yet there was an error, and they were remaking it. Total liars, making no sense. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute, since they would not give me my money back after asking them numerous times. They no not honor their guarantee. They are a bunch of crooks. Not sure how these other people on their webiste made good reviews. They must be employees posting fake reviews
