DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DEVIOUS LIARS - THEY SENT FALSE SHIPPING INFORMATION ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO AND CLAIMED IT WAS A COMPUTER ERROR - COMPUTERS DO NOT CREATE TRACKING NUMBERS AND SEND EMAILS BY THEMSELVES - THEY ARE IN CHINA AND DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE - THEY IGNORE CANCELLATION REQUESTS AND THEY IGNORE CREDIT CARD COMPANY DISPUTES - THEY WILL OFFER YOU A 30% DISCOUNT WHEN YOU SAY YOU WANT TO CANCEL - THEY SAY THEY HAVE SHIPPED MY ITEM ALMOST 7 WEEKS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER AND THIS WAS 20 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS CANCELED EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WAS HANDLING THIS DISPUTE AND IF THEY SHIPPED I WOULD REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE - SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME FROM CHINA TO THE US CAN TAKE 3-4 WEEKS - I WILL BE REFUSING DELIVERY - THEIR EMAILS ARE CONDESCENDING - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND AGGRAVATION OF DEALING WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Attention arnaque. Complètement fumeux. Fuyez.
Commande passée mi décembre pour un cadeau d'anniversaire début janvier. Je n'ai jamais rien reçu. Ils nous baladent de mail en mail pour ne pas avoir à nous rembourser. Et quand nous croyons être parvenu enfin à être remboursé, aucun virement n'arrive.

Never received product and all communication was in French. Totally avoid ever ordering from this "company?" Not really sure it is a true business. It's a FB scam, in my opinion.

De nombreux mails de la part de Kadonimo, tous plus contradictoires les uns que les autres.
Pour moi c'est une arnaque, maintenant si je reçois prochainement 🤞 ma commande, je reviendrai pour un nouvel avis.

Ware nie erhalten, falsche Sendungsnummer, ständig standardmäßige Entschuldigungen und Vertröstungen. Paypal hilft auch nicht weiter, nie wieder

Too bad I didn't check this site before ordering - I never would have placed an order. I ordered a doormat on Feb. 12, 2022, the charge went through on the 14th. Tracking number originally showed the item as shipped, and now it shows as pending. I have written them at least 6 times with no response, and cannot get number to call.
Now on to disputing the charge with the credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
***UPDATE!! Less than 24 hours later, the purchase amount has been credited to my credit card. Not by Kadonimo, but by my credit card company while they try to collect from Kadonimo.

I ordered a doormat and after 40 days inquired about it's status. I was told the reason I hadn't received the product was they had a large order to fulfill but that was complete, and I would receive the product ASAP. After 60 days I asked PayPal to intervene and was just notified I will be receiving a refund.

I can't say for sure this site is a scam, but it sure looks that way. Scam or not, I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Still no joy out of this company. Ordered two mats at the beginning of March. On the 14th I was told the shipment was on its way. We are now late April and still nothing. The emails from them just come up with excuse after excuse and basically fob you off. They are dreadful. Do not have anything to do with them. I have a feeling they are a scam judging from all the other reviews and the fact that they take the money and never send out the goods. I have now contacted PAYPAL who are issuing Kadomino alias LUEL with a claim.

Rip off, nver received product. Purchased a mat on Mar 6 2022 with estimated delivery on Mar 16 - 25. They billed my credit card on Mar 6. Contacted them on Mar 25 was told delay due to production supervisor was sick. On Mar 28 received track number with status "information received". On April 2 contacted them and was told they had to recall item (if it was shipped how do that do that) due to a defect. On April 6 contacted them was told they were working on it. Contacted April 11 toldl delayed due to a large production order. They refused to refund due to "it's in production". Nothing but excuses.

Ware im Februar bestellt, warte immer noch!! Unterdessen ca. 20 standart mail mit Vetröstung erhalten. Hier wird betrogen!!!!!

Bestel hier nooooooit!!! Ik heb op eind januari 2022 een bestelling gedaan en na 3 maanden (vandaag 11-4-2022) en tientallen mailtjes verder nog niets ontvangen. Er wordt steeds gezegd dat het NU onderweg is en 10x sorry voor het ongemak etc etc etc. Mensen, wees gewaarschuwd!

Ordered 2 months ago. Have received nothing but lies and a wrong tracking number. Now they say I will receive correct tracking number when the item ships.....so.....I guess the first tracking number was a lie!! Do NOT do business with this fraud. I am reporting them to every possible agency

Over 2 months now. No product, just lip service. I will be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.

This is a terrible company. I placed an order on 3/6/22. today is 4/11/22 and they still have not shipped my product! I have written them several emails and all I get is an apology in French, that they are backed up. Then, to top things off, they had the nerve to send me an email asking me if I liked the product. What??? I should have read the reviews before I ordered this gift for my daughter and her fiance. I have since learned my lesson, but I have talked to my bank and they will refund me my money if the company does not ship within the week. They wasted no time taking my money - the same day as the order. What a scam company!!!!!!!

je vais déposer une plainte demain j'ai passé une commande pour un tapis et cela fait 3 mois que je n'ai pas encore reçu mon tapis n'achetez pas sur ce site fouillez-le c'est une grosse arnaque porter plainte aussi pour qu'on soit nombreux

This could be the worst company I have ever TRIED to buy from.. 3 months and no product.. False promises and then offered 30% off to buy more. RUN AS FAST AS U CAN.. filed dispute with credit card company

This is a fraud, they do not ship product, the blow you off just long enough for you not to dispute the charge.
