Ordered a door mat on 7/3/22, not getting any updates when I email.
I received update on 26/3/22 saying it’s ready for dispatch, since that date nothing has changed on the dispatch date!

In my opinion “Do not use this company” they are acting like the company is a scam!

I can't find how to make the review less than 1 star... Do NOT order from this company - just throw your money into the wind

I would give a negative star if I could. I wish I saw this site before placing my order. I saw the reviews on their site and thought they sound good. Shame on me for not looking further into them. I placed an order on March 1st 2022 for a necklace of my daughter's dog for her birthday. The website said it would be in March 17th -24th. I have emailed them every day since March 17th to find out where it is. They respond in a different language, and sometimes in English apologizing for the delay saying they are a small business. They have also told me it has shipped and will take another 15 to 25 days to get to me and the tracking info still is't available yet. I am now forced to go and dispute it with my credit card company. VERY BAD COMPANY, I beleive they are scanning people.

We bought the mat and I spent 3 times the amount on it that I would have spent on a normal mat that wasn't personalized. The material used is 100% Polyester and is very light and flimsy. This mat literally blows around when there's even a slight breeze and can usually be found flipped over or pushed up on our front door. It is just not heavy enough to be a front door welcome mat... feels more like a kitchen table place mat. My wife is going to hot glue it to our old mat.

This company appears to be a fraud. They will not return any communications as to where the product I ordered is. They took my money very quickly! The reviews left on their site do not appear real! Both emails (because they have no phone number) I have sent inquiring where my product I purchased is, have both been auto replied to with an email that is not English, unsure what country it is being sent from! Wish I would have seen this site before purchasing. You can't leave a negative review on the business site!
Update: I did receive an response to my email stating the product will go out soon? Purchased Feb 15th. It is now April 5th? Their site shows it has not been shipped yet?

commande du 7/02 et bien sûr : rien reçu à ce jour, pas sérieux du tout, j'ai écris régulièrement des réclamations : réponses automatiques malhonêtes, j'ai fait une réclamation sur internet auprès du centre européen de la consommation, protection des consommateurs en Europe étant donné que c'est en Belgique, je vous conseille de faire de même plus nous serons plus il y aura de contrôles auprès de cette société frauduleuse.

FUYEZ !!! Voilà 3 mois que j’ai passé commande pour un tapis pour Noël 2021 et contacté plusieurs fois le service après vente par mail. J’ai exigé un remboursement. Des réponses évasives, aucun tapis et bien sûr aucun remboursement ! PARTEZ !

I've placed an order since Feb. 8th, 2022 with a 15-25 day delivery. To this date, no delivery or tracking nmber sent. There's no phone contact for the company that I've noticed, fb and IG has not been updated since 2020. When emailing, the response comes from a Hayfa B. or a Karima de Kadonimo with French typing. We've been scammed, I should have performed my due diligence prior to ordering.

Probably the worse service I’ve ever had! Bought a dog door mat on the 3feb 2022. Today it’s the 5th March. No mat and no return of my money. I have asked. All I get is an email say they are waiting for a couriers tracking number. Con or what. I’ve contacted Trading standards and informed them of the scam this company is using. Used Facebook to to let other people know.

I would give this company a negative rating if I could. I ordered November 2021 and still received nothing but excuses. Whenever I have had a reply, they just keeping asking me to be patient SERIOUSLY after this length of time???? Please do not waste your hard earned money on this excuse for a business.

I have had a reply from Kadonimo on Trustpilot and what have they done? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

JUST REFUND MY MONEY AND I WILL GO AWAY. UNTIL THEN YOU ARE FAIR GAME!!!!!

if there was a negitive star rating this company would get it from me, 10 weeks and no christmas present for my kids puppy, THIS COMPANY SUCKS

Same exact experience as others here. A fraud it seems with some really cute products. I am now going to have to try a cc dispute. No communication...no shipping and no product. Don't order from this fraudulent site. Update 4/26/22. It continues...I cancelled the order back in Feb. had to file dispute which is being worked on and Kadonimo continues to send random emails about the order and even some Chinese shipping link which goes no where. AVOID THIS COMPANY>

Awful experience, ordered a dog mat on the 17th of January it is now the 17th of feb and have still not received it. Every email I send is completely being disregarded by being sent automated emails in response. I have emailed so many times I’ve lost count and get the response of be patient, 30% discount for further purchases and now today being told that they need to remake it for quality reasons and that it takes a further 15-25 days.
Was contemplating ordering in the first place wish I didn’t bother their communication is shocking!

NO ACTION Kadonimo It has been 11 days since you responded to my review and 80 days since I placed an order for a Christmas present Dog Mat. Where is the tracking information on order #KAD19312US which appears LOST. I have emailed 4 times in the last 11 days with NO RESPONSE. I have also emailed 15+ times in the last 80 days with NO ACTION. Any return emails is the same pre scripted excuse OVER and OVER. WHERE IS MY ORDER? Christmas ha long PASSED and would like my money back ASAP. Because you don't talk on the phone your SCAM is allowed to operate. Would like to close this matter ASAP

Extremely long shipping .. order paid on 11th December 2021 and package arrived 24th January 2022 (44 days).
Furthermore, it is not a real doormat where you can clean your shoes, but a printed polyester rectangle.
Paid € 34.95, I see that it is now at € 49.95, definitely not worth it.

J ai reçu mon tapis au bout d un mois. Le service après vente a fait refaire mon tapis. J ai toujours eu un info du service après vente pour savoir où étais mon tapis. La société devrait améliorer ce point sur leur fabriquant car le délai de livraison est très long. Mais pas déçu par ce tapis très beau

Still not listening to me or refunding me for my item that has never arrived! Fobbing me by repeatedly sending me tracking info for the one item that did arrive (about a month late) but not acknowledging that the 2nd item never seems to have been despatched never mind delivered. Now they have the audacity to offer me 40% off a future order, like I would ever be stupid enough to use this shambles of a company again!

Also denying receiving any previous emails which is convenient because there are a lot of Trustpilot reviews also saying that customer emails are never responded to! So looks like they never monitor their customer service email
