We placed all our confidence in David at Kallums and Ryans Team who carried out our en-suite renovation and they did not disappoint. The whole team have been excellent keeping us informed every step of the way. We are delighted with our new bathroom. I would definitely use them again.

I was keen to update two of our existing bathrooms to make them more user friendly for our older children, and visiting elderly parents. One of the bathrooms, in particular, was relatively small and an awkward space in the eaves of our top floor.

Having spent too long doom-scrolling bathrooms and attempting to come up with my own solutions my builder put me in touch with Gary at Kallums.

Gary came and looked at my bathrooms and spent a lot of time listening to understand our needs and priorities for each space. As part of the process I also visited the showroom which were a great source of inspiration for design and finishes. With the help of some great tech I was able to see visuals of how the finished bathrooms might look and we were able to play around with products, tiles, paint colours. This was hugely useful! Being able to see how things might look gave me confidence to trust my instincts and not play it too safe!

Later, during the plumbing, and installation process Gary was in constant touch with our builders too.

A few months later.... We are delighted with our two bathrooms. They not only look amazing but are much more practical and user friendly.
And the best bit is that none of this actually cost us a penny.

Without Kallums I would definitely have still been scrolling!

Incredible experience. We had been to Guildford on 2 separate occasions to look around and get an idea for our bathroom. On our 3rd visit we had started to speak with Sophie, who was our designer. Very technical and creative. After our 2nd meeting with Sophie we had confirmed our order for our bathroom with Kallums installation. The day of the installation - Ryan who I believe is the project manager on the installation side went through how the work would be taking place, times of work and what to expect. We were so pleased with the final results from the installation team and Sophies design! I could not thank Kallums enough. I have suggested to my neighbours to go visit as they are also looking for 3 bathrooms to be completed. If there are any other neighbours considering to get a bathroom done I will be directing them to Kallums bathrooms for sure! Thank you Kindly.

I normally don’t write reviews (bad or good) but write this out of pure frustration and to give a fair warning about using this company.

We appointed Kallums near two years ago because we wanted minimal fuss and hassle with an in-house installation service.

Since they started work in September 2024, we have had two leaks caused by them which, whilst some remedial compensation was offered, still took c10 weeks to finish the work (we were told 3-4 weeks).
The project manager and team were under resourced and overstretched on multiple jobs, so the bulk of the work ended up being delivered by one single workman, hence the protracted installation period.

We also had multiple snagging issues which whilst sometimes understandable, most of which still remain unresolved. It has been nearly 2 years since it was installed and the original builders and operational personnel we previously dealt with have since been let go by the company, which was quite a shame as some of them were actually fairly decent, responsive and competent.

So we have had to start from scratch with new contacts in the business and have tried to give them extensive time and waiting for a member of their (single) installation team to be available to do some standard repairs.

On the latest visit (after months of waiting and chasing), the builder eventually came (late), not knowing he had to bring the parts, and refused to remedy some of the plumbing issues, using the excuse that it would ‘invalidate’ the insurance. T he didn’t want to take responsibility if anything went wrong afterwards as he did not install the original fittings.

Despite promises from their admin/operations team to visit our property to try to resolve this amicably, no dates were offered or finalised and we are still waiting and chasing for a response.

I also note that there have been other poor reviews on installation and post sales service on Google which coincides with the time we experienced poor customer service. So our experience is not a one-off.

So buyers beware - they may sound good on paper, but I would not trust the installation or quality of their work based on our experience.

We had such a lovely experience with Kallums Bathrooms from start to finish. We were looking for a company to supply and install our 3 new bathrooms, and after seeing the amazing job they did for our neighbour, we decided to visit their showroom.

The choice of products was fantastic, and the design process was really detailed without ever feeling overwhelming. We fell in love with the bronze Gessi taps, and they look absolutely beautiful in our finished bathrooms.

The installation team were brilliant, especially Wael, took lots of care in the installation

We were also working to a budget, and Nadira was so helpful during the design process. She took the time to go through different tile and vanity unit options with us, was always quick to respond, and made sure we found the right products without any pressure.

We're so pleased with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kallums Bathrooms. In fact, you'll probably be seeing us again before the end of the year because now our cloakroom looks like it needs an upgrade too! 😊

Frankly, the old bathroom had become embarrassing- by the time I finally got around to renovating it. My own delays meant I lived with it far longer than I’d intended.

From the very beginning, Kallums were incredibly helpful. They stored my order and delayed deliveries until I was ready, making the whole process remarkably straightforward, in a small 1 bed flat.
From the warehouse team to the showroom staff, everyone delivered excellent service.

Today I’m absolutely delighted with the finished result.

Team Wael completed the renovation to an exceptionally high standard. The manager at the Guildford showroom couldn’t have been more helpful in selecting the tiles, and I worked with the team at the Putney showroom to find a design & create a layout that increased the usable space by around 25% while giving the room a clean, open feel.

The finished bathroom includes generous recessed storage, brushed stainless steel fittings, beautiful green and silver-veined marble-effect porcelain tiles, and they also replaced three radiators throughout the flat.

The installation team were polite, professional and meticulous throughout. Their workmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished product.

A huge thank you to everyone at Kallums and Team Wael. I’m genuinely thrilled with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

Like any major renovation, there were a few small details that needed discussing and agreeing along the way, but the team always listened, communicated professionally, and worked with us to find the right solution. Their commitment to getting everything right was greatly appreciated.

We spent over £50,000 on our bathroom project with Kallum Bathrooms, and unfortunately the experience was incredibly disappointing.

The project manager was ineffective throughout the process and failed to provide the level of coordination and attention you would expect on a project of this value. The drawings provided for our builders were poor, leading to confusion and unnecessary delays. On top of that, the showroom designer made several mistakes, which meant we had to alter pipework halfway through the installation—something that should have been identified during the planning stage.

To be fair, the project manager did eventually come to apologise, which we appreciated. However, by that point the damage had already been done. The stress, disruption, additional work, and frustration caused throughout the project cannot simply be undone with an apology.

When you’re paying £50,000, you expect a professional, well-managed service from start to finish. Sadly, that wasn’t our experience, and I couldn’t recommend Kallum Bathrooms based on the service we received.

Terrible customer service and repeated delays in project. Avoid Kallums. Zero stars!

They are incredibly helpful - particularly when dealing with the inevitable challenges that arise on site - and always approach situations with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.

Their professionalism and willingness to prioritise our needs make them a pleasure to collaborate with.

Communication is clear, detailed, and reliable throughout, and the advice they provide is always thoughtful and on point.

Fantastic bathrooms. Amazing customer service, such a smooth and easy experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

We had an extremely poor experience with Kallums Bathrooms Guildford and would strongly advise others to avoid them.

The main issue was fundamental: the vanity unit they delivered did not match the showroom sample we were shown and based our bathroom purchase on. This wasn’t subjective, it was clearly a different finish. Instead of taking ownership, this was initially disputed, leaving us to spend our own time gathering evidence and proving the issue ourselves with the help of the manufacturer rep visiting our home to investigate themselves.

What followed was a pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and repeated delays in resolving this core issue.

Even before this issue, we had to postpone our fitters twice for the initial fit out due to Kallums providing incorrect delivery dates for when fixtures would arrive to us. This led directly to additional costs and disruption.

The most unacceptable part was the handling of the replacement vanity unit. We were told it would be installed by October, five months after the initial installation. After repeatedly chasing for updates via email, showroom visits and telephone calls up to Director level, we were eventually informed that the replacement unit had been sitting in Kallums warehouse mislabelled. It therefore wasn’t delivered until December, seven months after the project started. This level of disorganisation is simply not acceptable for a company operating at this price point.

There were also further oversights, including agreed items (like radiator hooks) not being properly accounted for despite being discussed and included in the fitter’s pack. We’re still waiting for those, Howard.

Overall, this experience was defined by poor attention to detail, weak communication, and a lack of ownership when things went wrong. While a resolution was eventually offered, it came only after months of inconvenience, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.

We have a clear written paper trail of what was promised to us versus what was actually delivered, and the two do not align. As a result, we are now considering our options to pursue this further.

Great experience, highly recommend.

My project involved reconfiguring a bathroom and a toilet into a bathroom and shower room, complicated by the limited space available. I was impressed by Kallums Guildford showroom, with its bathroom displays and large-scale screens, and its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. David, who was responsible for the design, was very welcoming, and explained clearly how to achieve my aim. He soon produced a practicable plan, and an estimate which combined quality with cost-effectiveness. I would recommend Kallums for their ability to turn a potentially complex process into a straightforward one. They also deserve credit for installing the bathrooms through Ryan and his team at R&S Bathrooms.

It was an installation which involved working in a small space, and required numerous trades in building new partitions, Installing a Velux, completely replacing the plumbing, plastering, electrics (including underfloor heating), carpentry and tiling. Everything was coordinated and performed efficiently, and to a high standard, and each one of the team was professional, friendly and courteous, always taking the time to discuss progress with me. They started early and, when necessary, finished late, and I was impressed by the fact that someone was working on the project every day of the build. Ryan always responded promptly to all my requests, and helped with practical issues relating to the design. I was even assisted with plumbing issues unrelated to the project! The trust I had in the team made even more confident about the success of the end product.

If you’re looking for exceptional results, I’d definitely recommend asking for Charlotte. I had a fantastic experience working with her at Kallums Bathroom in Guildford. She listened closely to what I wanted, offered brilliant suggestions, and turned my ideas into a beautifully thought-out design.
