I have just spent 6 days in my new 4m bell tent. Very happy. It was easy to put up. Very good quality. It rained one evening and it didn't leak at all. It's lovely waking up in the bell tent, with the sun shining and not having that toxic smell you can get with polyester tents.
It arrived just a few days after ordering, well packaged.

Excellent service good communication

I absolutely love this star tent and can’t recommend Karma Canvas highly enough! Super quick delivery, excellent quality product and friendly and efficient customer service (they were very helpful on the phone when I was panicking about having ordered twice).

Good products . Renewed venting pipes that had worn out. 4 years old but had my wear out of them and they’ve certainly had some stick!!

I don’t doubt that the tents are good quality and it arrived the next day as promised. But website stated the total weight of tent (4m bell Oxford fabric) as 15kg. This was very misleading as turns out it was just the weight of the fabric. The poles, guys and pegs are another 10kg. And the actual weight of the fabric was 20kg. So total weight of my rent is a backbreaking (for me) 30kg. I had a frustrating call with them about it - I hope they’ve changed the website. It just needs to be fully transparent about ‘total weight’.

Really enjoy using these guys for our glamping tents. Great service and great solid tents.
