We have a property being managed by Keaton's over a number of years and to be honest, it is a pleasure to deal with an honest and a sincere company who put the interest of the customers before their own and have never in all these years let us down or said NO to any matters dealing with the property. all their departments seem to be run smoothly and professionally. In particular i would like to thank Jack Saunders and his team, who I had to contact recently with an issue with our entry fire door to the apartment . I only had to email him the email received from the management company pointing out the defects and within 7 days the matter was sorted with Jack instructing his team of professionals to attend site and carry out the works to the satisfaction of the management team. I have no hesitation in recommending Keaton's to any of my friends and family. So Jack take a pat on your back you deserve it sir.

Needed some maintenance work done and my property manager Tariq Husain and the team at Chalkhill maintenance were very swift and effective in sorting all the issues. Home feels like new

Had my annual inspection with the lovely Tariq and the amount of maintenance that was done by the chaps at Chalkhill especially Adam was excellent.
I was away for a week and they were popping in to look at my water pump and I came home to so much work had been done, new shower head, sink plug, fire and co2 alarms and a few other little things. I have been a tenant for almost 5 years and have always had good service and communication but this time they knocked it out the the park! Thanks All!

Issues were all handled with an incredible lack of care or accountability. I would strongly urge others not to be fooled by the glowing reviews as these have been actively solicited by the agency itself.

When I bought the property through Keaton's in 2017, they had failed to have the contract sorted with the tenants and the owners (they were friends). Agreed sale in April, moved in 1 day before December because of this.
I sold the house in 2025 (July 1st) and didn't move until February 10th 2026.
Why?
Because one of their estate agents decided it was a good idea to give advice on leasehold extension law (incorrectly too, which caused the delay) to the buyers. They also told me a different option, which is incredible, mind boggling, etc.

Natalie Craddock was incredibly helpful to me as a landlord in communicating with my tenant and making sure to efficiently get a lease in place that everyone was happy with. Thanks, Natalie!
