How I wish I had chosen Keatons as managing agent for my flat in Shoreditch ten years ago!
My previous agent (no names) was utterly useless, kept finding me DREADFUL tenants who failed to pay rent on time (and the agent was supposed to collect on my behalf and it was I who had to do all the chasing!). My final tenant completely trashed the flat and my agent was no help at all.

Tariq Hussain manages the property we currently rent, and our experience with him has been excellent. Tariq has always been extremely helpful and responsive to any queries we’ve had. Whenever urgent repairs were needed, he arranged them quickly and kept us updated throughout the process.

Tariq is also very proactive in maintaining the standard of the property, which gives us real peace of mind as tenants. He is approachable, professional, and reliable.

We feel very fortunate to have our tenancy managed by Keatons Bow, and especially by Tariq Hussain. His support has made our renting experience smooth and positive.

Keaton's replaced the oven in one day after I raised a concern (the oven kept tripping the switch in the fusebox when it reached temperature). Completely replaced the next day to a great quality oven with no issues.

Lauren Cannon has been incredibly supportive as our property manager. Whenever there’s an issue that needs attention, she’s always the one who steps in. Recently, she even managed to coordinate the replacement of our bathroom taps—despite the landlord initially not wanting to agree to it.

Her persistence, communication, and dedication truly make a difference. It’s reassuring knowing Lauren is there for us whenever an issue comes up. We genuinely appreciate her support and highly recommend her!
