In dealing with Keatons over the past 3 years, I’ve found them professional and quickly responsive. Recent tenancy renewal with Natalie Craddock was smooth and professional which allowed negotiations with landlord to flow well. Hilary Laviniere, Property Manager, has been very quick and helpful, also. 👍👍

I had the displeasure of dealing with Keatons during the sale of my flat. Needless to say the sale flat finally got over the line but not without the stress of dealing with Keatons, stratford branch who I believe earn a lot of money for not doing very much! (happy to be corrected, not with words but actual evidence). Not only were they rude on virtually every call I had with them but were also dismissive to their responsibilities. I will make a point that they lost my master set of keys (Their biggest asset) and then offered £7 for it. What a slap in the face that was. Professionally they are liable but do I want a headache when I have enough stress already! No, so they walk away. My advice don't be sold by any of their offers and steer clear at all costs.
